The area where the repair was done required pulling back a large area of carpet in two separate areas, which met at a seam in the doorway. After several very close lightning strikes I noticed 2 ceiling lights blinking on and off and was concerned that my my attic may have been hit and have a short. Mark checked everything out and found no problem in the attic. Turns out the the light bulbs just needed to be replaced. I provided the light bulbs. Problem solved. Since he had no costs on his part involved he said I owed him nothing, plus he just lived 3 minutes from me. Seriously, who does that? An honest man -- that's who.
