He didn't have the base color I wanted, but made an effort to give me four different options of something similar, which I really appreciated. He also took the time to make sure that the shape that I wanted was correct. He was careful not to ruin my nail underneath. He was also super fast! Did a French gel fill in 40 minutes! I would just go somewhere else. I came here with my mom to get manicures and pedicures for my brother's wedding this weekend. My pedicure was okay but when it came time to get a manicure I was switched over to the male owner. He was so rude to me and yelled at me because I didn't understand the technique they use for a milky ombré. I offered to just get a solid color if that was easier for him and he got upset so I decided I would pay for my pedicure and leave because I was uncomfortable at this point. He then yelled in my face and laughed at me because I had started to tear up a little. He kicked me out of the salon because I asked him to get out of my face. read more

They must not want costumers, not only has the service been poor for the last few times we have gone (it's just so close) this time after calling two weeks in advance and confirming day of the man was so RUDE about what we though we booked versus what he though we booked. I was willing to go with the flow as it was my birthday, and my daughter was getting her nails done for graduation (her appointment was the priority). My other daughter was running late, she is 14 and we had a communication mix up. I offered to pay for my other daughter even if she didn't get service (I know our miscommunication is not their problem) and the man was so rude about why I why I would schedule an appointment if she couldn't be on time...I was getting really upset, clearly he doesn't have a teenager, stuff happens and I already said I would pay regardless so why be so rude about it. He started my manicure, clearly not wanting to, I was getting more and more agitated so I told him it wasn't a fun experience and that was the whole point so I would pay for myself and my younger daughters since we had appointments but we wouldn't be needing the service and I would not be coming back. He then asked my other daughter who was in the middle of her pedicure, to leave. She did nothing wrong and really wanted nice fingernails and toes for graduation, and I would have paid for all services even though it would have been a tough one to swallow just so she could get done but instead at that point we all left and I paid for NOTHING. We went down the street to Pro Filler, without an appointment. Vincent not only was able to fit in my daughter who was graduating he made time for all of us (thankfully he wasn't busy) and did a great job. He saved the day! I went for a mani/pedi as a fun treat and to spend a Friday afternoon of quality time with 8 yo granddaughter. We were immediately greeted by a man who was not at all customer friendly, not even a simple hello! We got checked in and I asked him if he could show me where the polish that appeared as a shimmering rainbow of colors in the light might be? He just said whatever they had was on the board (of hundreds of polishes), in no particular order, I might add. I assumed that because he wasn't busy, only playing games on his computer he would be happy to show me but didn't and went back to his game while I looked for a bit and asked again. Git the same answer as he continued too play the same game. I finally asked a last time and he gave the same answer as before, but was very irritated because I disturbed his game! I finally got my answer after 15 minutes from a customer! That was the first issue! Secondly, we each got our nails done and they were poorly done at best! The polish was gobbled up and on the skin. By Saturday, the polish was peeling off the nails. It was really disappointing. After spending $150 I would have hoped to be able to have the job last for an event on Saturday! I guess the next time I will have my 8 yo granddaughter do it the next time, being she ended up doing it for me for my event! I had my nails done about four times and Rose was lovely, but the owner Ja did my gel manicure while I was getting my pedicure and got frustrated when I told her my nails were lopsided and handed me the file and told me to do it myself. This salon does an amazing spa pedicures. There is a menu to chose from, including lavender, jasmine and so on. The kits used for the scrub and also for lotion application. Unfortunately I had the worst nail experience ever here. I waited 43 minutes exactly before I was seated for my appointment; the owner kept apologizing but I have never waited that long to be seated. I have been doing my nails regularly for years and decided to try a new place closer to my new home; severely disappointed I chose here. The girl who was doing my nails made me bleed twice! She continued to file on the side of my nail where I was bleeding even though I told her to stop multiple times. My nails are gel and came out so thick I'm not even sure how she made that happen; they are not even either. My nails have a 'bubble' shape as they were not filed to be smooth. Also the shape. There is literally no shape. All my nails are shaped differently and are different lengths, the pictures don't even do justice to how horrible this nail job was. Extremely upset I was even charged to pay for these. I am going to another place to pay to have them removed. Definitely recommend not going to this place at all; I spent 2 hours to receive the worst Gel nail job I have ever had. read more

I've been here a couple of times and usually go because it's very convenient, has always been pretty decent. Unfortunately I will not be going back, this last gel manicure lasted less than 4 days on a very important week. They do not soak off nail polish and remove with the electric buffer (not sure what is called) which removes A LAYER OF THE NAIL with it. This leave my nails super weak, and do not recommend as a method, it also comes across very lazy. Nice people and clean location, but the nail polish is cheap. read more

Worst customer service ever.. due to being 7 minutes late as I expected when being late I called them 2 times 1 time they didn't answer and second time letting them know I would be 5 min late as they answered. When I got there I was approached very unprofessionally by some guy saying he can't due design. Where to begin... First, the lady was not gentle or careful. She kept grinding my thumb nail to the point of me exclaiming "Ow!" multiple times. Then she got up to work on other customers, a guy and another girl took over until she came back, there were a few times I was just left to sit there. When she put my hands under the heat lamp box it was way too hot and my fingers were getting burned, I told her as much and was told to keep my hands in it. When my nails were done they were very crooked, she didn't ask if I was satisfied with the length, even after I had asked her to shorten them, before she painted them. This nail salon is the best I have been to in a very very very long time. My pedicures are over an hour long. Ruby and Tina are amazing! (beyond your money's worth) They use hot stones, warm cloths on feet/calves, message your feet and calves for a long time. COME HERE TO WASTE YOUR TIME!! This place is terrible!!!! I made and appointment for 3:00 and arrived 5 minutes early. There was 2 other people waiting for their appointment as well. I sat there for over an hour before being helped. ( They sat me before the people who were there before me) Once I was at my seat I asked the girl next to me how long it took for her nails. I took the morning off to get a manicure here. The tech was sweet and I was ready to book a follow up mani/pedi until the woman who rang me up told me that my $16 mani would be $18. When I asked why, she shrugged, gave me a smug look and said "It's $18 today." What is this, a gas station? Rates change daily?? Worst set of gel nails I have ever had. They are uneven, misshapen and overall done poorly. I paid extra for gel polish, it was put on too light and you could see spots where there wasn't color. I went back and they added another coat, then it started to peel off. This is all within 5 days of having the set put on. I'm not one to go to Yelp and leave a negative review, or any review for that matter. But I simply can not have the experience that I had and not speak up about it. Other people need to be warned before they go to this establishment. I went there on a whim as I was in the area and in need of a gel fill. Their price was normal for the area and they were able to get me in same day (bonus!). But when I got there I was greeted by a screaming child. I am alright with children but I don't want to babysit and play with your child the entire time I'm getting my nails done. People go to the salon to relax. After waiting awkwardly for someone to help me I finally asked if I should take a seat. I told her what I wanted to do with my nails, cut them shorter but keep the shape, the pointy stiletto nail. She started out making them pointy, then rounded the edges. No matter how many times I tried to explain that I wanted them to look the same as when I came in, she continued to round out the top. I sucked it up and just let it go because by that point they had been cut much shorter than I would've liked. She filed my nails after painting them, scratching away the nail polish she had JUST put on and the top coat didn't even cover the full nail. I have at least three to four nails missing large sections of polish. Before I left, two ladies came in to get pedicures. One lady had to ask for a pillow because there were poles sticking out of the massage chair and stabbing her in the back! That has got to be some sort of safety hazard!! When I got home, already almost in tears because of my horrible experience, I noticed that one of my nails was squishy. It had a bubble on it that you could poke and move around, like the top had dried but everything underneath was still wet. I'm concerned that it will pop and polish will spew out everywhere and my nails will be an even bigger mess. I am calling today to demand a refund, not something I would ever do. But they might as well had the screaming child do my nails. I am extremely upset and will NEVER do business here ever again. UPDATE: not only was I not given a refund but was basically told I was stupid. Now a little more than 24 hours after getting my nails done and three nails are peeling. I've been getting my nails done for years and never have I ever had an experience so horrible. Save your money and go somewhere else. read more

This place will have you leaving in a bad mood. I've been going here for years and over time it progressively gets worse. The ladies there act as if they hate working, and don't care about what you want. The part that is most surprising is the level of rudeness that is given off. I have stopped going there, because I don't appreciate their unprofessional attitude, but I had to go buy a giftcard today and once again was greeted rudely with "what do you want". I was very unimpressed, and was continually spoken rude to throughout the whole process of the giftcard as if I was being a burden to them, even though I was giving them money that I now wish I hadn't. They should adjust their approach to customers or they will continue to lose all of their clients like they have lost me and many of my friends. Also, their nails are not that great either. Minimal effort and care put in, and it is noticeable. I will never set foot back in there again, and thought I would give everyone else a heads up about the kind of place it is. read more
