As others have stated, they aren't very customer service focused with emails and phone calls left unanswered for days and weeks. Communication was poor from the start, with very little sense of urgency. Their installers broke our medicine cabinet during installation -- then blamed us and our contractor, saying it shouldn't have been installed yet. This was never communicated beforehand, and we had made it clear they would be responsible for any damage. While they eventually agreed to cover the cost, we had to chase them for weeks to get reimbursed. They also removed the doors from our vanity cabinet and lost the hinge screws, which caused further unnecessary delays. The sink arrived unfinished, with glue all over the inside of the custom basin. We were empathetic to the fact that they're short-staffed, but the delays dragged our project out by months. To their credit, they were honest and ultimately made good on everything -- but only after persistent follow-up. If you choose to work with them, be ready to stay on top of every detail yourself.

We were fortunate to find Boundless GC and put an end to our problems. Rigert Korbi gave us a complete explanation of the process of replacing the slates with an asphalt shingle roof. He impressed us as being very knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy. We were able to select from a variety of materials and colors. His team stripped off the old slates, installed roof and chimney flashing and laid a waterproof barrier below the carefully laid shingles. The result beautifully matched our house. Even our neighbors were impressed by the way Rigert and his team were able to totally replace our roof and do a complete clean-up in one day. We hired Boundless for another job, to install a liner in our chimney. A mysterious blockage was encountered. Rigert and his partner removed an old stove pipe from the chimney by cutting through the chimney wall from within the house at just the right spot. They restored the removed brick and then hooked the metal liner to our furnace and water heater. All this was accomplished in a single day! We are really pleased with the look of the new roof and feel secure now in our home.

This company was hired to replace some steps and railings in March/April 2021…read more They choose to use low quality pre manufactured materials from home depot for my project. The price charged to me for this hardware exceed standard markups by a considerable amount. Had I known this is what they were sourcing and marking up, I'd of just boughten it myself, as the store is close by. When the material was delivered, the delivery service didn't even know what they were delivering, and when the order seemed wrong they didn't know what I was talking about. The top railing was chipped and of extremely poor quality, and when it was installed, the posts were initially cut incorrectly to high, and didn't match where the railing should of been height wise on the posts. Upon asking the contractor to fix, I watched him remove the thick wooden blocks mounted to the floor that the posts were mounted on. When he reinstalled the shorten posts, the contractor never put blocks back on. The only thing securing the posts now were small 1" screws around the newel posts to my pergo floor. The entire thing was loose and was shaking considerably. At no point did the contractor ever address this. The steps that were installed were improperly cut and notches are visible where there shouldn't be any. The contractor damaged the sheetrock in the closet below my steps(this was not noticed until later). The staining was of poor quality and drastically different shades on each step. At that point, I told the contractor not to return for touch ups. The railing has since been removed and the original installed due to safety concerns and shoddy materials used. No amount of touch ups would of made the materials better. The company overcharges for materials by an excessive amount and labor as well. I highly suggest you avoid this company unless you prefer to be overcharged for low quality materials and shoddy workmanship.
