About 3 months later, and they tell me they cant find it. 4 months later I am moving and they have not responded about my laptop, at this point ignoring me and not returning any call. , they never did to begin with. Almost 8 months later and they have chosen to not respond still and my laptop is missing. My theory is they kept it, gave it away, or sold it. Regardless it was my property and they did not have consent to do this and it hadn't even been a year. What is wrong with you Team Nerds? He had to hard reset the system and test it out. He explained to me how to arm, disarm, and reset. He also explained a few things that I had no idea about. He gave me a battery that I'd need to buy to replace the sensor batteries in the future. Being a relatively new homeowner in the South Bay, I've had my fair share of both good and bad service providers. CRISP is by far one of the more thorough, professional, quick, and honest ones.
