Had these guys rerun the cctv cables in my attic, they broke my duct in 3 different spots never telling me anything, had they not replaced the attic cover door I wouldn't have known anything but I found the cover up in the attic when I discovered the first break in the duct, had my son come over to fix that when he advised me of the other two breaks in the duct, also in their travels in the attic one of the internal cameras (not worked on by them) became inoperative so had my son fix, last thing my garden hose was stepped on and broken at the faucet, when I brought this to their attention I was told oh well we did an extra camera wire so were even, I'm a residential homeowner, up on payment was told no checks accepted, would've been nice to have been told cash no checks ahead of time. Lacking in the professionalism of business and customer relation, to long time for review because my son came for holidays and was able to check it out for me. read more

For mounting 3 TVs, they charged me only $200 whereas companies like Handy would have charged me $350+. Alex Fernandez was the technician they sent us and he was fantastic. I called to have 2 of my tvs set up. When they got to my home they said they didn't know it was going above a fireplace, even though I clearly told them over the phone and they even charged me more for going above the fire place. They hung one tv and I was supposed to pay $75 for that tv but they charged me $100 since I was only hangimg one tv even though it was there mistake. They told me when they come back to hang the second tv they will re inburst me. Fast forward a week later Im still calling them to come.back to my house anf have had my tv sitting on the ground for over a week. And still have no date or time for them tp come back and hang my second tv. I would rate this company 0 stars if I could. The ending product was nice. Not very professional in my opinion. I asked for a mount and to get my tv on the wall and was told no problem the guy would be here in 45 mins. The kid didn't took 2hours to get here and only called to try to up sell me with a high end mount I did not need. Once arriving it only took 15 mins to put up the TV. I called Monday, made an an appointment for Tuesday for a 4-6 time frame. Got a call around 4ish on Tuesday saying the tech had a family emergency and they had to reschedule me with a discount... we set it for Thursday, same time frame (4-6). I got a call from the tech on Thursday at about 11am saying he could come right now, I told him I was busy, that's why I had set it for 4-6. He said he would be there at 4:30, he didn't call again till 6:15 saying another family emergency. I was upset, called the company, another discount was offered. The owner/manger? Answered and said he would have someone out at 4:30 on Friday, he guaranteed it or he would come himself. Friday at 4 the tech called and said he would be there within the hour. Around 5 something the company called to say the tech was outside but my he was missing parts, so he would be there in another 30 min, they offered another discount. All in all, I carved out and wasted about 6 hours of my time waiting for this company to get their stuff in order. Finally a tech showed up at 6:30 on Friday night. I cancelled plans on two nights, so I'm really not happy with their reliability. The guy that showed up proceeded to tell me it was his first day on the job. After the unreliability the company had shown me, I was really quite nervous. However I can say that the tech that showed up was nice, and made sure the set up was how I wanted it. If this review was based solely on the reliability of the company it would be zero stars. The guy that came out did a great job, so because of him, I'll be reasonable and leave 2 stars. One other thing to be aware of is that I was told that the mount I was getting was a full swivel and tilt mount. What they didn't tell me on the phone was that in order to tilt the mount you apparently have to use a tool (wrench) to actually tilt the tv. If tilting the tv constantly is important to you, or reliability is important to you, I would ugliest you go with someone else. If all you care about is getting the job done at some point, and have several hours to waste, then these guys will do a great job when the show up. read more

I had these guys install camera and tv mounts at my location. They installed with multiple errors including damaging my wall that they tried to cover up. Out of 12 camera installed 6 didn't work - 2 months later they came back after 20 plus calls they finally showed up could not resolve my issue so I am left with 4 bad cameras and they disappeared. They gave me a 2 hour window and never showed up. Then they called a half hour after the appointment just to give me another 2 hour window.

I hesitated to give a review because I truly felt they tried but missed the target by a lot. Darryn was a 5 in personality. He's great, pleasant and a perfectionist which is to be admired in someone so young. In service I'd say a 3 because honestly he needed better tools and training to complete the task. It took almost 3 hours and he had an old level he confessed came with his first toolbox. I was like ok maybe you should invest in a proper level so you get accurate readings. I had to show him how to use a tape measure properly (against the wall) to get a more accurate measure to set up the sound bar parallel. I ended up with about 8 extra holes on my wall hidden behind the TV and sound bar but that will be there when I move out. By Noon I had lost my patience (he arrived at 9am) and when the task was completed I just needed him to leave. He's a nice kid and super polite and like I said a perfectionist so I do not doubt with a little more training and polishing he's going to be your best! I still gave him a tip because overall he was a pleasant person that remained calm though he could clearly see I was starting to not be calm. Get him the right tools & training please! :) read more
