This team here is amazing I have brought some off the wall requests for costume pieces and they always knock it out the park. The quality of service and the prints are incredible.

I would give 0 stars if I could... So it started out fine. We placed our order and he said it would take an hour so we walked around and came back when it was time. We came back to him on his phone texting (which like okay maybe he texts for work) but hadn't even started our shirts yet. He told us 5 min and we stepped to the side. When our shirts were done he put the words on backwards (see pics below). He did not even have the common sense to put the words on right... when we asked "okay like what do we do now since it's messed up" he said "Well it's done." No offer to redo it. No offer to even refund us. He bagged it up and shoved it in our arms. The worst $80 ever spent. I can't believe this...

My boyfriend and I got these shirts made for an upcoming event on Saturday, 12/4. The service from Abby was awesome and if we need any other custom designs done on clothing, we will definitely be back! The entire process of getting a custom design on a shirt (or any other article of clothing) was quick and efficient. If you end up wanting to customize something with your own design, you can design in Adobe Illustrator and email them what you want on your shirt/article of clothing. If you don't specify the sizing of your design and/or where you want the design on your clothing in your email, you can also let them know what your preferences are when you go back to their kiosk (in front of the Vans store)! After we clarified which design should go where, Abby did a great job printing our shirts in 30 minutes or less. Thank you T-Custom and Abby for your awesome service!

Let's start off my saying, I wanted a couples hoodie custom and different that the cheesy ones because my boyfriend wouldn't wear such a thing! I wanted the hoodies to have a good mix between personalities as well! They definitely delivered and took their time making the custom hoodies!!!! No one in the world has this couples set and I love that!! I asked them them to add the gold crown with writing (which made it custom), I also got to pic out which crowns I wanted! It was cool to see the process of making these ! The total cost was $110.50 so definitely a little pricey but worth it! I mean, it's freakin custom so you can't be cheap if your adding extra stuff! Of course there's a variety that fits everyone's budget so I suggest checking them out at least! The world is "opening back up" g

Just washed a tshirt I had made this past Saturday. All the letters came off. If there are certain care I structures I really wish he would've told us. They were $20 each for our anniversary. Make sure you ask about wash instructions. read more

Went to the T-Custom at the Culver City Westfield mall last night with a custom rush order that I needed same day for a client to wear on a huge podcast next week. The attention to detail & collaborative effort of this process was incredible! They stayed open until 9pm and worked with me to get everything perfect! AMR was awesome! we were recently in the Los Angeles area this past weekend and were looking for a custom t-shirt shop and knew what we wanted (design) on the shirt and could not find anyone reputable. We had less than favorable luck in Las Vegas where we reside, so we took a chance and went to T-Custom. Wow is all I can say! Not only was Amr able to make the t-shirts to what we envisioned, but did so without any waiting! We were on limited time returning back home, so he did an awesome job! In addition, his prices are great and his customer service and knowledge on point! If you are ever in need of a good quality custom t-shirt, this is the place! AMAR IS LIFEEEEE!!! Helped my indecisive self make a t-shirt for Coachella. Got it done in minutes and patiently sat as I scrolled through hundreds of different ideas and placement and sizing. I had to go to work so he gave me his number so I can text him ideas and to see if what I wanted would be good quality printed. I even text him with my genius idea at 12AM and he approved! I'm not one to leave these type of reviews, but the customer service we received today while being there was extremely rude and horrible. The woman that helped us out was super impatient and had not type of regard to the concerns we were expressing when making our design for the shirts we wanted. I'm so bummed that we were treated so poorly, she yelled at the person I was with and did not once apologize for being rude and impatient. Wish we could have been treated with respect since we had finally found a printing place near us, but definitely will not go back with how poorly we were treated. read more

The owners are friendly and helpful. Price was not so good. I ended up paying $28 and some change for a toddler shirt. I selected the design and simply sent the picture to the owner.the quality of the shirt was not very good and the color of the actual print was a bit faded. I felt the price was not reasonable but then again they are located in the mall which I'm pretty sure rent fees are expensive. Only pros is shop is open till 8pm. I would only go as my last option. read more

This review is long overdue! Amar did such an excellent job in putting together my son's Halloween costume. I've already been shutdown twice by two other sticker companies but Amar was able to hook it up! I rarely do reviews but, I had too for this place. I went to three crew sweaters done for my sons third birthday ( dinosaur theme ) The first day we went the guys computer wasn't working we waited for 30 mins. Finally we said we would just go back the next day. Went back and got the 4 sweaters done. When I came home and took the sweaters out my husbands picture has cracked. I went back and they guy tried to fix it and it only came out worse. Some of the letters had smeared. So the guy told me to buy a new sweater and he would fix it. So I had to go buy another crew sweater ( which he did refund me the $ ) but the sign in the second sweater was a lot smaller than the first one. Our event was yesterday and by the middle of the day the designs on my sweater started peeling! It just started falling apart. I went to the mall to show him all that was left of my sweater. He asked me what happened & if I had washed my sweater. I told him I don't know and no I did not wash it. He told me to pick another design and he would fix it. I told no thanks! The event had already happened . All he could do was say I am sorry I am so sorry . And gave my husband and I a 15% discount for next time. Went here three times to get 4 sweaters done. Not happy about the outcome. read more

fast, friendly, patient + cheap. really appreciated their service + esp. enjoyed the on-site printing. it's in such a big mall, it's by the food courts outside of macy's. only downside is that because these tees are heat-pressed, they must not be exposed to further heat. no dryers, only hang dry. read more

Can't recommend highly enough. The process to get my shirts made was super easy. T-custom worked with me to create a logo, and we were able to get it just right through several texts and emails. But the customer service was even better. I screwed up the spelling on the shirt, and T-custom was able to fix it the same day. Just fantastic. read more

All the small offices were empty but with door open. It had computers open and I observed personal belongings on the desk so it was obvious it wasn't closed. I went back to the front lobby and waited and waited. It was approximately ten minutes. Finally, someone came out from the big machine room (glass walls). He sees me and goes inside an office. I wait additional five minutes and ring the bell again but no answer. I don't care if they can do a great job and produce good product. First impression is everything. Total fail. My job was simple and now I realized I brought my embroidered polos home without taking pics so I'll have to do that later on but wanted to give them PROPS for getting a quick and easy job done with VERY reasonable prices. I contacted other embroidery places nearby that had good reviews as well and their fees for digitizing my logos were astronomically expensive in my opinion. Which I know it isn't that much to digitize them....and they were very reasonable here. They also sent me pics of the images as actual embroidery prior so I can approve them via email. Once that was done it took them a few days (not including weekends) to get them back to me.... I didn't have a chance to meet Alyssa as everytime I went there she wasn't in but I met Regan and he was awesome to work with and deal with.... GREAT JOB if I can give 6 Stars I would but sorry only 5 Stars! I'll not only refer them customers but definitely go back to them for more work!

Amar put names on the back of 44 Little League jerseys for a very fair price. The quality of the lettering was better than the numbers that another company put on the jerseys. After washing, the lettering still looks new. He got all 44 jerseys done in two days. Amar and Khaled are both very nice guys, good at what they do, and very professional.
