Went on a Thursday at 3pm to get a quote for a project but was greeted with an empty chair. I rang…read morethe bell but still no one. I waited five minutes and decided to walk inside the halls. All the small offices were empty but with door open. It had computers open and I observed personal belongings on the desk so it was obvious it wasn't closed. I went back to the front lobby and waited and waited. It was approximately ten minutes. Finally, someone came out from the big machine room (glass walls). He sees me and goes inside an office. I wait additional five minutes and ring the bell again but no answer. I don't care if they can do a great job and produce good product. First impression is everything. Total fail. I will go somewhere else.

I received the order within a week! I was SO impressed with the quick service!! 6 days before the same event we decided to make another purchase of fanny packs and hats and hope to have it ready before the event... We were ready for it to come after the event... And GUESS WHAT? It was ready day of! My job was simple and now I realized I brought my embroidered polos home without taking pics so I'll have to do that later on but wanted to give them PROPS for getting a quick and easy job done with VERY reasonable prices. I contacted other embroidery places nearby that had good reviews as well and their fees for digitizing my logos were astronomically expensive in my opinion. Which I know it isn't that much to digitize them....and they were very reasonable here. They also sent me pics of the images as actual embroidery prior so I can approve them via email. Once that was done it took them a few days (not including weekends) to get them back to me.... I didn't have a chance to meet Alyssa as everytime I went there she wasn't in but I met Regan and he was awesome to work with and deal with.... GREAT JOB if I can give 6 Stars I would but sorry only 5 Stars! I'll not only refer them customers but definitely go back to them for more work!

I needed 60…read moreshirts screen printed and instead of using a screen, they used an iron-on transfer that I could've done myself and charged me $400 and I supplied the t-shirt. Look at the results of their service. You can see the border around the art that doesn't match the shirt, the material hard and it doesn't bend like the rest of the shirt. On top of that, they ruined 3 of my shirts by putting the iron-on transfer backwards and said that maybe our staff can wear those.
