We hired this company to produce custom uniforms for our gym, including multiple shirt styles, colors, sizes, embroidery, and detailed printing requirements. Before placing the order, I made it very clear to Moonty that this was a detail-oriented project. We provided organized artwork, visual examples, and a detailed spreadsheet outlining exactly what was needed. We even put two different sets of uniforms in two different bags-- Moonty assured us that everything could be handled and completed by a specific date. Unfortunately, the biggest issue was the complete lack of attention to detail. Despite having clear instructions, the final products did not match what we requested. Designs were incorrect, colors were wrong, and numerous details were overlooked. Out of 50 shirts, 19 had errors. We spent a significant amount of time organizing and communicating our order, only to receive products that did not reflect the instructions we provided. The project was also not completed by the promised deadline. We were given a specific completion date by Moonty, but the order was delayed. Throughout the process, we were told about other priorities such as Father's Day, graduations, and World Cup-related orders. While we understand that businesses get busy, customers should not be promised timelines that cannot be met. To make matters worse, we were originally quoted one price, but when my husband arrived to pick up the order, the price had increased! The same thing happened with hats we brought in for embroidery. We were told they would be ready by a certain date, only to be contacted at the last minute for information that had already been provided and then charged more than originally discussed. What was most frustrating was the lack of accountability. When we pointed out the mistakes, Moonty told us it was not his responsibility to review the spreadsheet we provided. That response was BAFFLING. We created the spreadsheet specifically to ensure accuracy and avoid mistakes. If detailed instructions are not being reviewed, then what is the purpose of providing them? We were patient, accommodating, and understanding throughout the process. Mistakes can happen. Delays can happen. But when an order is delivered late, nearly 40% of the shirts are wrong, the designs don't match the approved vision, prices change unexpectedly, and no meaningful effort is made to correct the issues, that's a serious PROBLEM! Moonty wasted our time and money. If you have a simple order, you may have a different experience. However, if your project requires accuracy, organization, attention to detail, and accountability, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. read more

My boyfriend and I got these shirts made for an upcoming event on Saturday, 12/4. The service from Abby was awesome and if we need any other custom designs done on clothing, we will definitely be back! The entire process of getting a custom design on a shirt (or any other article of clothing) was quick and efficient. If you end up wanting to customize something with your own design, you can design in Adobe Illustrator and email them what you want on your shirt/article of clothing. If you don't specify the sizing of your design and/or where you want the design on your clothing in your email, you can also let them know what your preferences are when you go back to their kiosk (in front of the Vans store)! Amr is da bomb! (No - his name is NOT Amar!) He is able to quickly satisfy all my picky demands at more than reasonable prices! I needed a birthday gift for an uncle that has ERRthang! After the suggestion of a customized t-shirt for him, I immediately got on Yelp to look for someone who could provide the shirt AND customize it the same day before I saw him. Amr was one of the first respond - and the closest to me - to respond. He was extremely helpful and told me it would take less than 30 minutes to complete what I requested. I went to the mall and as I was walking toward him, Amr asked if I was the one who was messaging him. After I confirmed, he showed me his shirt options, the gold ink he would use, and started "drafting" on his computer. I asked 500,001 questions about everything from where the verbiage will hit on the shirt to how to care for the gold ink. Finally, Amr looked at me and said "Just trust me." So I shut up and I did and my uncle LOVES his shirt! I didn't think he would wear it... upon receipt of it, he took off his Tammy Bahama and put on the one I got him at the wine bar he frequents. :) My ONLY complaint about my experience was that Amr told me he would let me know if he could order tall shirts as I wanted to create gifts for my father's birthday one month later and that didn't happen. We even exchanged text messages about the tall sizes. But when I called three and a half weeks later, Amr told me he could not get those. I give people the benefit of the doubt, but I just have to say it was horrible customer service by the people on duty today from 6pm on 12/23/2022. I have been using this service when they just started and even through the pandemic when there was barely anyone in the mall and now they seem like they don't care about customer satisfaction or customer loyalty in this their competitive business. I have produced over 15 tees from this place over the years and I came in as usual to get one tee done, and specifically asked for vinyl, the guy told me that it was going to be $35, no problem. then He proceeded to try to use heat transfer paper for me and I told Him that's not what we discussed, I wanted vinyl, He got upset and told me that I will have to give Him $40 and wait for 3hrs, after I had already waited for over 1 and 1/2hrs. Seemed He was trying to make as much money as He could as the mall was filled up at my expense and time. I am very upset about this. it is safe to say that I will not be using these guys anymore. Obviously they don't care about my loyalty, there are very many people that do this and have competitive prices, however because I have been using them, this particular guy decided to mark the price up and then try to make me wait longer than necessary because He could not be bothered with cutting the vinyl after the print and wanted to do quick quick job that does not last.
