We had never taken her here but called and they said to bring her in right away. We did and they took her back within a few minutes and went straight to work! Dr Lee and his staff were incredible - my little one was surpassingly calm thanks to their compassion throughout the entire process. They readily answered any questions and even though it's something they likely see often, they explained the entire process thoroughly to ensure both of us were comfortable.
