We were told she would call Monday. 2 weeks go by and we got no call. We called and made a formal appointment. We sat down with Michele again who seemingly had none of our information from the previous 45 minute discussion. We sat there and rehashed everything. Dates, places, ect. Then watched her fumble on the computer for nearly 2 hours for one quote. She said she would call us again the following week with more quotes. Never did. We booked the trip ourselves for the same price. She seemed very knowledgeable but doesnt follow through. We will go elsewhere to book travel. Very disappointing.

In the central part of the mall you have the typical shops you'd expect plus at last count 5 cellphone shops! There is a small food court with about a dozen tables. There is a discount shoe store, a gym, an arcade, several toy/game shops. It is lacking a proper coffee shop. There is a newly opened Indian restaurant. On my last visit every store was operating, there weren't any boarding up or closed storefronts. Also a popular place to walk laps when it's frigid outside.

I purchased a Canon printer cartridge that was either defective, or had been tampered with, i.e., the inner packaging within the box had been opened. The cartridge registered no ink level when inserted into the printer. Apparently, the local store policy is to not do exchanges if the box has been opened. This is not Walmart Corporate policy. They told me to try and exchange the printer cartridge at another Walmart store that might not have the same local no-return store policy! Buyer beware!
