It is one of the better Walmarts in the area. They have a good selection and usually restock well. The staff is usually pleasant enough. Customers ... well lot of people coming in from areas that are very self absorbed, rude, and self entitled so it is making this less favorable but enough of the long term residents are going for the savings they need. Their food court is clean and their selection on frozen is one of the better in the area. Beats paying for memberships to club stores for couples or those who do not need to buy in bulk. They do need to redo the carts badly - the amount that have failing wheels is unreal. read more

Be very careful about this particular Supercenter's exchange/return policy before purchasing any printer cartridges (and/or other selected electronics). I purchased a Canon printer cartridge that was either defective, or had been tampered with, i.e., the inner packaging within the box had been opened. The cartridge registered no ink level when inserted into the printer. Apparently, the local store policy is to not do exchanges if the box has been opened. This is not Walmart Corporate policy. They told me to try and exchange the printer cartridge at another Walmart store that might not have the same local no-return store policy! Buyer beware! read more

Walmart has gone the route of "dynamic pricing," requiring customers to download the App if they want to know the price of an item. They have replaced standard shelf labels with barcodes which must be read by the app. I can't even find the price of a bottle of soda or a box of crackers without an app. The store is losing my business and probably that of many other people. No stars. This store has been going downhill for a few years. USUALLY I have been doing Pic up orders as they are more polite. Made mistake of going inside to check out anything new. No problems until check out. People in front with large order were taking forever. Then I noticed that we're bagging their items themselves. No assistance from employee. I had about 2 bags and checker never said anything, and refused ti bad period. Was told by supervisor on duty that she didn't have to bag. WTF isn't that what they are paid to do? Order fresh groceries online. Walmart+ members get free same day delivery. Walmart+ members order as often as you want for free. Pickup is free. No mark-ups. Same low prices as in-store. I try my best to get to the store to buy all that I need, but the store is at least a 40 minute drive from my home. I do order from there website often. Mostly because they are the only place that sells my cats dry food in the larger bags. But when I go in person, I always seem to find something that's at a decent price. They just still need more registers open, but with the pandemic, a lot of places are short with employees at the moment. read more

I received my new glasses from Walmart Vision Center on November 8, 2024. They billed my insurance and I paid $258.50 out of pocket. They were not right from the beginning, but I thought that my vision was just changing and that this was the new normal. I went to my Ophthalmologist for my annual medical eye exam on April 2, 2025. As part of the exam, she looked at my prescription to see how much it had changed since last year and told me the prescription was wrong and that I should return them to Walmart. She completed another refraction which I had to pay for since my insurance had already paid Walmart. I brought the glasses back to Walmart who told me that the Ophthalmologist was wrong and that they were correct. I showed her the new prescription and she said "your prescription must have changed" I explained that was my Ophthalmologist had compared my new refraction to previous years and that they were comparable. The glasses from Walmart was much different. She finally agreed to replace the glasses with the new prescription, not because they made an error, but only because the Walmart glasses had stress fractures in them. I was clearly annoying her and she acted as though she was doing me a favor that was not warranted. I picked up my new glass on April 8. 2025. I knew immediately they were wrong again. I asked if I had 30 days to return them and she said no. I brought the new glasses back to my Ophthalmologist office on April 14, 2025. She examined and measured the new pair of glasses and once again they were wrong. The provider said that she had never seen lenses and measurements so off form the prescription. Now I have to pay out of pocket a total of $395.00 for yet another pair of glasses because of Walmart's incompetency on two separate occasions. It was an awful experience and substandard customer service. Needless to say, I will never go back to Walmart Vision Center. read more

Don't bother grocery shopping online for pickup... I bought $52 worth of groceries ("available" frozen and refrigerated stuff only, no toilet paper or disinfectants etc.) and they placed a hold for $52 on my bank account when I submitted my order, as expected. Three days later (the first time slot they had available), when I came to pick up my purchase, they gave me $11 worth of food...about 20% of my order. First of all, if you're going to offer groceries for pickup, then pull the items of the shelves since I already paid for them and store them until my pickup time. If that's not possible for you to do, then allow me the option to cancel my entire order and refund my money as fast as you put a hold on it, since I won't be getting 80% of the items I need and obviously have to go to another store to get them. Second of all, they charged me the actual amount of groceries received ($11) the day I picked them up while still having a hold for $52 on my account for an additional 4 business days. So they held my money in their account for an entire week. I guess they found yet another revenue stream...the interest they gain from millions of customers that won't get their money returned for a week. I think Walmart is taking advantage of the covid-19 pandemic and ripping off vulnerable people trying to avoid getting sick or spreading it to their loved ones. read more

Tonight was the second time in 6 months I got a delivery from the Walmart in Easton where the delivery person left my order in my mailbox instead of my front porch. Since I was home I kept an eye on my camera expecting my order and saw them pull up. It was printer ink and I didn't want it left outside on my porch (it was way below freezing), so I was waiting at the door. I watched as he opened my mailbox and put it in...I came out and told him that it was illegal to go into someone's mailbox, expecting an apology. Oh no...instead he screamed at me "YOU F***ing BIT**" about 6 or 7 times (even while he was driving off). A neighbor came out to ask what was going on. This is Palmer, so we don't usually have a lot of commotion around here; I was embarrassed being cursed at for all the neighbors to hear. Needless to say, I called Walmart to file a complaint. The rep was very nice and calm (I was really upset), BUT immediately mentioned that these (delivery) people are third party vendors..."they don't work for us, nor do we take responsibility for their actions". WOW...they really figured out how to cover their asses. The best he could do is "accelerate the complaint"...I'm not sure what that means, but now I have to worry about retaliation for even filing a complaint since that guy knows where I live. I will still shop at Walmart and order things online for shipping, but I will NEVER EVER get anything delivered from a Walmart store again. This delivery person from Walmart certainly seem to have some anger issues and Walmart isn't screening anyone for mental or criminal problems since they can't be held accountable for third party vendors (nice legal loophole). Those people delivering to your house (and I'm sure most of them are just trying to make a little extra money) have your full name, address (what other info?), and what you ordered. They could be psychos or criminals... I filed a complaint and now I regret it because this guy knows my name and where I live... I wish "delivery from Walmart" would mean these drivers are background checked like any other of their employees. read more

Let me just start by saying that there is no such thing as a five star Walmart. Insert the oxymoron of your choice like jumbo shrimp or civil war or sound of silence but that's pretty much the concept of giving this place that type of rating. By no means am I some type of libtard but I truly despise Walmart and what it stands for plus the BS about it being the cheapest as many reports and studies have shown that going with Costco, Amazon or Aldi will almost always generate cheaper prices with far superior customer service. Now with that said, it is worth noting that most Walmarts in the local area are total shit shows. The one on 191 in Bethlehem is a small old school store from yesteryear that is regularly out of things while never being able to tell you when they'll have it back in stock just like the store in Whitehall is quite honestly one of the dirtiest-disorganized retail spaces on earth. What I'm getting at is that it doesn't take much to make this place look half decent. So why do I come here? As crazy as it sounds especially considering what I just said, this store really does have excellent prices and choices for pet supplies. Good stuff for dogs, cats and guinea pigs all at prices which are far superior to places like Pet Smart. I also must testify that my most recent trip on Thanksgiving morning was for a few last second provisions for dinner one of which (cinnamon sticks for my cranberry relish) required the assistance of two employees as neither had a clue where the item in question was located. Final fun one here is that if you go early in the morning there are no cashiers on so everything runs thru their self-checkout corral. Nice concept of course when they actually work as after every second item you are told to take the item you just scanned out of the bag because it somehow didn't scan right. I'll keep coming here maybe two or three times a year when I absolutely have to but it's not a place that I will ever go out of my way to shop at. read more

I just went to Store #2252 and witnessed one of your employees refilling the loose tomato bins from shipping boxes. She just turned the box's over and let the tomato's drop in the bin. Some of them dropped on the floor where they rolled around. She then proceeded to pick them up and place them in the bin for sale to customers.  After doing this a couple times I asked her why she was dong that and she just gave me a dirty look and walked away.  I lost my temper and told her how awful that practice is especially now.  Later when I went to check out she came up to me and said she didn't care who I was - she didn't have to listen to me talk to her that way.  I went to service desk to tell store manager who's name is something like Oneda but she said I would have to wait in line to talk to her. I had already checked out with frozen and refrigerated products so I talked over her and she appeared not to listen.  Do you understand how bad that practice is during these corona virus times and even without the virus there are many other pathogens that can be spread by produce rolling around on the floor.  I would like some kind of answer to what your policy is regarding this situation before I publish this incident in as many places as I can.   The woman stocking the tomatoes looked like she was in her 60's with dyed blond shoulder length hair. Walked into this particular location, Easton PA Walmart, back on June 2022. It's 45 mins away from where I live. One of 3 items purchased was missing from box. Went back into store same day asking for refund. Was told that I would get a call back and refund once they reviewed security cams to make sure I did not steal. It is now almost October 2022. No call back. No refund. Can't get anyone on the phone, no one answers when I call. I've tried different days/times. Not one department answers besides pharmacy who can't transfer calls apparently. No direct line or information on how to get to store manager Sherry. I've called corporate 3 times for help with refund. One of the corporate customer service reps said they too could not get Sherry or anyone from Easton PA Walmart to answer. I'm out $19.97 and all because I was visiting sams club with my teen daughter at the same time & day which is located within same strip mall as Walmart. Apparently Sams Club do not sell on shelves or have sanitary items for sale in woman's bathroom. My 15 year old daughter was not prepared and stranded in sams club bathroom. I had to make an emergency trip to Walmart - couple doors over- to purchase feminine products (while my teen daughter waited in sams club bathroom for me to return with relief). My Walmart purchase included tampons, pads, and a pair of disposable panties which turned out were not in box. Didn't realize as I rushed to get back to my daughter in the Sams Club bathroom; and also because it was a light weight item - box did not appear to be tampered with and there was no apparent seal. Completely inconvenienced and then treated like a thief and then no follow up, response or refund after over 3 months. appalling customer experiences in both stores owned by Walmart right? Tire Center - huh? We purchased 4 tires and road hazard from them for our Escape. Last week Escape has a tire leak. We took the car to them. Two other cars were before us. The service guy told us the wait time is 3 hours. We did not have time for that so we left. Today my wife went again early. They told my wife the record under our name shows it is a Mini. I was in the middle of work. My wife called me and told me about it. I had to dig into my file cabinet to find the service record. I took a picture of the service record and send to my wife to show them. They told my wife they don't see road hazard on the service order. I took another picture with everything on the service record with the receipt showing ROAD HAZARD for each tire we purchased. This back and forth thing interrupted my work. I was very upset. Why do I have the service order and receipt with correct information and they can't find it in their system? And they should know the difference between a MINI COOPER and a FORD ESCAPE! Don't get me wrong, I go to this Walmart for nearly everything because they're cheap. I give it 3 stars because the customer service is very poor. I've seen 1 associate who was friendly and polite and I don't see her anymore lol everyone else has a look of disgust, gives you attitude when you ask for any type of help, just miserable. They've been better with keeping up in supply and demand but there are some bare shelves when I go to get what I need. It's got a lot of what you need. It isn't always super clean. I like that it's a super center but much of what I'd like to get in the grocery section they don't have and their produce is not very good in my opinion. I like that they're open 24hrs but it seems kind of sketchy after dark especially in the parking lot which isn't very well lit. I was looking for ONE item and every employee in every department refused to help me, then finally a cashier helped me but the item I wanted wasn't in the area so she told me to go to customer service. I usually would not bother to write a review about a Walmart, but I couldn't keep this to myself. Walmart is walmart but one thing I never find acceptable is unsolicited parenting advice from employees. My husband and I ran into the store for one thing today while running errands. I held our five month old in my arms since we were quickly in and out. While in the self checkout lane, a Walmart employee approached me and patronized me. She said "I had 4 kids and now I have 8 grandkids. Don't take this personally, you're a young mom, but he/she needs way way more to cover up than what you have on him/her." My son was wearing pants, warm socks, a long sleeved onesie, a thick fleece sweatshirt and a hat. The only thing I didn't have on him was mittens and we were only in the store for five minutes. It was about 35 degrees outside. I said "thanks for your input." I think it is flat out rude and unacceptable to treat a stranger that way! Won't go back! read more

I've been to this Walmart a number of times now. I used to not mind coming here, until the other day. I finally have had enough of this store. They never have what you need, they are always understaffed and lines are ridiculous. I had to come there to get formula for my 5 month old and like always we were made to stand at register 12. We stood in line for 1 hour and 15 minutes. My little one got fussy and so I had to take him out. I stood there and waited because I needed his formula. Not once did anyone offer to bring the formula to another register for us to be rung up. The woman in front of us was using coupons and they were expired but the Walmart staff was letting her use them. So because of that it took longer. I will no longer be going to this Walmart. I will go to the one in Pburg as they are cleaner, better, staff is more friendly and they don't lock up their formula so you can go to any register then. Easton Wallmart is one of there better stores, keep in inventory current, clean, associates are all nice to me. I do my shopping in the very early am hours. What I don't trust or like is the night time parking lot sweep crew. They are not store employees and I have witnessed one of the crew deliberately blowing stones, sand and road debris onto my car when the clown with the leaf blower apparently didn't like how I parked my forty year old Chevy . I reported the incident to store management. I guess if it happens again I will have no choice but to confront the individual off of store property. read more

DO NOT EVER GO HERE FOR TIRES! They tell you they don't take appointments.....unless of course you order on Black Friday. We ordered tires a week ago for more money than on Black Friday but I guess only people who pay less are able to schedule appointments. My son was told it would be 3 hours since there were 3 cars ahead of him all getting 4 tires. Keep in mind he showed up when they opened......since no appointments are allowed. He went back to pick up the tires and go somewhere else to have them installed and waited 3 hours because the line was a mile long and they only had one person handling customers. He finally got his tires and my husband went back this morning to have them installed. And guess what! 3 people had appointments ahead of him and another person got there before my husband. Oh.....and they only have one technician working in the back because the other one is on the register......makes sense.....and.....the best part is that their one tire machine is broken.....but no worries.....one has been ordered and should arrive when?! Everytime i go to this walmart makes no difference whether it's a regular day or holiday they always only have 2 or3 registers open and you cant use the register if you have more than 20 items. Why do you have all these registers and not open more than 2 or3 make customers stand in line for 45 minutes. I ordered a product Site-to-Store and used their new automated pick-up system. Then I waited... and waited... and finally started asking passing by employees if they could find someone who was working the station. After about 15 minutes, someone came out from the back and got me my product. All in for about 20 minutes from check-in to pick-up. Figured it was just lost time. Then I got a survey online and told the story. I got a call the next day from Annie from this Walmart and they offered me a gift card for my inconvenience. I have filled out many surveys before, but this was the first time a company offered me a fair retribution for my inconvenience. I appreciated that! read more
