Wowzers!!!! This place is huge! It's the biggest TJ Maxx I've ever visited. They seem to have almost double the selection compared to most locations, and it definitely feels a bit more upscale. I was surprised to see designer purses originally priced around $400 selling at deep discounts. Needless to say, I ended up leaving with a lot more than I planned because there were so many great finds. Even better, there's a Marshalls right next door, making this the perfect shopping stop. If you're looking for name-brand clothing, home décor, accessories, or gifts at incredible prices, this is the place to go. Writing this review as I'm leaving the store. That's how bad the service was. Walked in and after 5 minutes I could not wait to leave. I did two circles around the Jewelry section near the entrance of the store. I needed assistance and nobody was available. I kept making eye contact with two male employees at the entrance of the store who just stood there chatting with each other. Didn't ask me if I needed help. Just stared at me lol. Staff here sure knows how to make their customers feel welcome............. Not returning to say the least read more

The store was very clean and filled with a lot. Its a lot bigger then the one where I live. Some of the best things is it has a lot of Lilly Pulitzer. I'm obsessed with it. The selection was pretty good and the brands were good as well. The value it all depends on how you look at it. I think you get your money's worth. Been to many locations but this one was mighty large and had more toys than most. The mens clothing clearance racks were way in the corner with an array of sizes and styles, nothing really in order and I'm too impatient to hunt today. The college football and NFL items were pretty inexpensive and the Miami Dolphin coffee mugs looked decent. read more

The store often has brands like Ralph Lauren, Hilfiger, Lily, Juicy, and many other top brands. The store is sufficiently clean and the staff are courteous and polite. TJ Maxx is a large store with lots of men's and ladies brand name apparel. They also have a nice selection of HomeGoods ,toys , gifts and candies. they have many racks of clothes with some good prices and they also have some clearance racks with really good prices. with so many clothes, they do get moved around a lot so you have to look through mainly all the racks to find your right size. read more

This TJ Maxx is always pretty busy with people mulling around. There are friendly staff around, for the most part, to help point you in the right direction. I find this location is in a busy shopping center/mall and is a frequent spot for tourists to Fort Lauderdale to visit. The racks are usually well stocked and there tend to be an ample and varied selection of styles and sizes. TJ Maxx is known to be a closeout/discount store and the value for the name brands and knickknacks is great. I recommend this store and I visit regularly! read more

Three potential buyers already dropped their items and left saying - it isn't worth the wait. No. It isn't. Where is customer service and why aren't they paying attention? Always am able to find weird or unique things. Many things that are found here are priced much lower than what you find online or sold in other stores. Picked up a new calendar for the year and a notebook. My daughter found a Halloween mug for tea. Karen picked out, what she and my daughter like to call, "show towels" for our kitchen as well. During Fourth of July weekend, I stopped here to look for some good-quality items to organize my jewelry and new walk-in closet. I was super happy to find some great buys at the expected low T.J.Maxx prices, but the customer service was not what I expected. They had in place all of the safety and social-distancing shopping protocols, but the major issue was that they had about a dozen registers with separators and all, but only three registers open. This, while several employees were on the floor. The line was unusually long and the customers were visibly becoming more and more frustrated with the wait and voicing it. The problem solver that I am, turned and asked one of the employees if they could get assistance. She walked to the front entrance and spoke to a manager who was manually turning cards--counting all of the customers going in and out of the "mall entrance" only. I happened to enter through the "parking entrance" and no one was counting there! Bottom line, the manager declined the help and we had to suffer through the excruciating experience. It never ceases to amaze me when management gives priority to anything else over their customers. It was a bittersweet shopping experience but a lesson-worthy one as well. Been to a few TJ Maxx with my wife and to be honest, I can't tell the differences from one to another. But I have to say I was pleasantly surprised about this location. The store is located in a shopping plaza on Oakland and US1. We have not shopped here often because we thought this mall does not have the stores we like to browse in. And the parking situation here could be very challenging as it's a very heavy traffic plaza. But since we were looking very specific dinning room bar stool, we need to visit as many stores as possible, which is what brought us here. They do have a lot of nice things here. Most of the stuff were displayed neat and organized. The staff was pretty friendly and helped us looking through different stuff. When it's time to the cash register, the line actually moved pretty quickly. We thought we got pretty good deals on our bar stools so it was a happy visit. But, not sure if we'll come back anytime soon... read more

On July 1, 2024 I was shopping in this store and needed to use the stores restroom as I and my family have done in the past. However the restroom was locked and when I asked an employee if she could unlock the Mens bathroom, she told me the restroom is now only available for employees. When I complained to the Manager Samantha at the 3120 N. Federal Hwy, Fort Lauderdale, Fla store, she was totally unsympathetic, and rudely told me I had to leave the store and use the Shopping Mall's only one restroom three stores away. This Mall has a big problem of many homeless people in the area. Because of this, TJ Max is now locking their store's restroom, but this problem should not be the customer and Senior Citizen's problem trying to shop in their store. I and my family will never shop here again with such a rude Store Manager as Samantha. read more

5-29-22 11:00AM So was meeting a friend for lunch nearby so I thought I would run into Marshall's. Out the Coral Ridge Mall you don't know where you are going into as outside the Mall has several names. I thought I was going into Marshall's but got TJ Maxx instead. Hey since I was there might as well look. First in Men's department nothing for hubby. Than housewares my interest was peaked as I found a Lily Pulitzer cooler in a light blue. Nice beach chairs but already have plenty at home. Next shoes I was able to get a pair of Sperry sneaks in beige. Great for walking! They had white too but got advice from a fellow shopper she said beige is in style. So I head to the register so not to be late for lunch. Of course they have items to tempt me which they did. First a gift bag for Father's Day ie the Golf Father lol than some cat tea cups. They had a British tag find out later they were designed in England but made in China. Whatever they were cute and I definitely didn't need. The only item I did get was a nice set of 800 count queen sheets for a gift I needed. If only I remembered to get a gift bag. Oh well next time, great finds will definitely be back. read more

This is probably the biggest T.J Maxx I've been to, but not the best. It is messy, and I don't find it has a great as selection other stores have. There isn't any home decor items, bit there is a HomeGoods right across. I can't truly tell what the benefits of the extra space is. As far as the store itself. It's always messy and there is a line (at least the few times Ive been in) associates are dismissive, their go to phrase is "if you don't see it, we don't have it" Also it's worth mentioning, and this is not just this store, but all Stores owned by this company, their clearance is only reduced $3-5 from the original price, even if the item is broken beyond repair. I think its just to slap a red sticker and give the impression you're getting a deal. All in all though, if you are in the area, looking for something, this pace is worth checking out. read more

Located in the Coral Ridge Mall, it's practically next door to Home Goods, and since so many of the items are similar one can hardly help but make comparisons. This store however has a line of clothing, jewelry, perfumes, soaps and fragrances which are generally not found in Home Goods. The store is neat, orderly, well organized with displays better than I've seen at other T. J. Maxx outlets. The soaps, jewelry and cosmetic items are rather extensive, of fairly good quality and at more than reasonable prices. As for pots, pans, cooking utensils, dishes, spices and the like, Home Goods, in my opinion, has the better choices and values. read more

Really solid TJ Maxx. The store was clean and organized, the staff was polite, and the checkout line, serviced by 7 active registers, moved briskly. After unsuccessfully browsing through Marshall's and Ross for some kids clothes, we wound up here and hit the jackpot. We found beautiful dresses for under $7 each. One was just $3.98 on clearance! We also picked up some hair accessories, a small bag for the beach and a bag of truffle popcorn. Oh yeah, I also spontaneously bought a 3.4 ounce bottle of Ferragamo Acqua Essenziale Colonia for just $15 bucks, which is a steal. All in all, good shopping run. read more

I consider myself a professional maxxinista and I'm not embarrassed to admit it! Coral ridge mall happens to be down street from my place and I cannot stay away. With tj Maxx, Marshall's, home goods and target (honorable mention Ross) there's always something to spend your hard-earned $ on. Whenever I go to TJ I find the best deals, cutest clothes and everything in between. The staff are always welcoming and helpful. They remodeled this Tjmaxx from the last time I remembered, and it's definitely way more organized. The mens clothing is terrible though, I could never ever find any modern clothes that I like. The women's clothes are for sure way more modern and stylish. The staff are definitely not the best I have ever encountered. The lines on busy day are very long, but they go quite fast. This store is great for any female to shop in, but not for the younger group of men. read more

When it comes to service there's only one woman that has actually given service that deserves 5 stars in my opinion. Literally every other time I'm unfortunately had to deal with sub par workers who can't greet you or hand you a receipt without a push-up face and attitude. Without going too into it, they have some cheap clothes and unfriendly workers. One more thing, not like the customers deserve a review, but there is always and I mean every time I've been customer who have no idea not a single clue what personal space is. It's almost as if they fancy brushing up on people and riding their back. If you didn't notice, then just don't look behind you or ask politely for you space, though vocalizing you concern for person space just makes the people very passive aggressive. No cap read more

This mall is super cool with TJ Maxx, Home Goods, Ross and Target - all the store you want to waste money and pass the time. Great store with lots of stuff to buy. One problem is this store has the most disgustingly dirty ladies restroom. You almost have to have a hazmat suit just to use the toilet. I can deal with shelves in disarray because it's the holiday season. There is no excuse for an unclean restroom. read more

After waiting in line for 15 minutes to check out, the cashier didn't utter a word to me during the transaction, except to say she was giving me a discount. It turned out to be a 55+ senior discount. I am 41. I shouldn't let a stranger's actions affect me, but I'm mortified. I wish I hadn't stopped in, and I'm done with TJ Maxx for life. read more
