This store really has everything you need. As a superstore, it is huge. They have much more stock compared to a regular Target store. Right now there have a lit of modern Autumn decorations for inside and outside your home. I like the wide aisles. It makes it easier to get through the store with a shopping cart. I bought a few produce items such as apples and plumcots. They were delicious and fresh. It is not my go-to for food shopping but they do have a nice selection of different foods. Being connected to Sawgrass Mills, you can make a whole day at the mall after shopping at Target. It can make for quite an adventure. read more

We have plenty of targets, but most of the places have either discontinued mentality section or had very less selection, but this place, especially had plenty of maternity wear, and we were extremely happy with their collection. We happen to find a lot of stuff that we could not find in multiple other areas there were clearance section where we found extremely discounted items which was very much worth of a buy. The only thing that I felt was, I could not find a lot of people walking around if I had any questions to ask, but I'm sure the service is outstanding. They haven't been able to take care of such a huge place because it was busy and it's right next to the mall. read more

I normally do not like shopping on this Target. The lines are very long. This Target is always very busy. Sometimes is hard to find items because they are all over the place. I was shopping for a bra and I asked Fabiana for assistance and her answer was by just pointing to the wall. I asked her if she can show me where the item is located and she said she couldn't because she was on a time crunch. I informed her if a customer is asking for assistance she should help or she should of radio someone to assist me in the aisle. There was another associate who works in the fitting aisle I asked her help and she didn't understand me due to there being a language barrier. Overall the experience was not great and I think several associates need to be retrained. read more

You can't go wrong at Target! Whatever you need, you'll most likely find it here. I stopped in last week to pick up some travel size items for a trip, and finding everything went alright. Lots of item's were not stocked, so getting what I really wanted didn't happen, but I settled for items from different brands. The store is kept organized, for the most part. The beauty section seems to always be a little bit of a mess, as I said before, not all items are fully stocked. Today thankfully I open the eyelash serum box before leaving the store to find that the box was empty. The girl at the cosmetic section was very helpful and I showed her the empty box and she gave me another after checking the contents. Purchased small towels too. I love Target. They have a great selection of pretty much anything you want at decent prices. Through the years, I have loved how the stores have evolved by carrying more food and grocery products. This particular store has a Starbucks, a nice Deli and Bakery area, a good size grocery section and a pharmacy. I found my experience very much the same as other Targets. Easy to find stuff, well stocked and easy to check out. I can see that some people get upset when there's long lines at certain times, but that's also because the store does a good job catering to the right people with the right products. Let me start off by saying I know Target is a big company and don't really care about service as long as the money is coming in. However, the worker Nina was so rude and unprofessional. I use Shipt often. The shoppers are friendly but the inventory is so off. I done numerous orders over the years and app says there are numerous quanities of an item and then told by the shopper there are none. Today for example I placed an order for 2 Fresh Pet Beef products and the shopper informed me there were none even though the website says there were 7 available . Same thing with the Truly Lemonade 7 available according to website only 1 available for purchase. And chicken thighs, same thing happened. This has been a constant problem for over a year. UPDATE your product count to match your website. If it says 7 available then 7 should be on the floor for shopper to grab, weather shipt or a walk in customer. Waited about 30 minutes for a curbside pickup order, called to check and see what was going on. Was told they were understaffed, I understand how that goes, I'm in management and it can be hectic, but when inquiring if I'm then going to have to wait an hour for my pickup order that was said it was ready 30mins ago and then get hung up on mid sentence is definitely unprofessional and very rude. This target is massive and has a lot of grocery options. They seem to have a lot in stock which is nice and they do replenish most items within a week or two. The only downside is really the bedding area seems smaller than usual with less options. They do have a stellar travel size section in their health/beauty area. read more

This is my second go to target whenever I need anything, it's also a great place to stop in while you're making your way through the Sawgrass mall. Whatever you are looking for, this target usually has it, from groceries to electronics, it's all there. It's a really big target, pretty organized for the most part, although sometimes I go in and it can be messy. It is busy for the most part but the lines do stay short. I worked here, and it was one of the worst job experiences I've had. The final straw was when I lost a Pandora bracelet with deep sentimental value while working. Instead of helping me, my manager sent me on a pointless runaround between corporate and HR, only for a rude team member to dismiss me entirely. Waited over an hour for a pickup order that was still nowhere near ready. Completely unacceptable service. Instead of waiting even longer, I canceled my order AND my membership. Target doesn't respect their employees OR their customers, and I'm done supporting them. Target does not respect or care about its employees. We were at this location while visiting the area and we realized we'd forgotten to pack something, and this chain is a sure bet for replacing items that are normally found in ones daily routine. The store was clean and doing a good job with social distancing at the registers and plexi-glass up for cashiers. They made a mask announcement while we were there, which was also nice to hear. We were easily able to find what we were looking for and were in and out in just a few minutes, which is one of the primary reasons we chose this chain to replace our forgotten item. Quality customer service. At 10:30 pm, my printer ran out of ink in the middle of printing some important documents. Target was the only place I know opened until 11:00 pm. I called to verify if they had the item I needed, before diving out to pick it up. Customer service initially transferred me to the Electronics Dept. for help, that rang without an answer, I ended up being reconnected to Customer Service. This is where the associate exceeded my expectation. She requested the details of what I needed to check the stock. Only 1 was available, she radioed to have someone physically check the self since the system may not reflect the most current information. This may seem trivial; however, I have been in the same situation before. Instead of being assisted, told I was in the wrong department and received no further assistance. Convenient for one stop shopping. This Super Target has a pharmacy, nice size market and a Starbucks. They carry a good selection of trending items throughout the store. So it's a Tuesday lunchtime and I gotta run an errand here to Target at Sawgrass Mall. I asked my work colleague you want to go? The comments that came back was more like are you crazy? Since I had no choice I went alone. Once I arrive at the parking lot to this Target I almost had to adjust my glasses. Not only was it not packed but I got a decent parking space as well ie close to the door. Please it's Winter I don't want to freeze to death walking from the car to the store. Once inside again huge surprise no customers. I had to do a return and zero people on line. Just a lovely sales associate that said those magical words " Can I help you?" It was over so quick I could have blinked and missed it. Definitely will return when I need to do shopping. This visit was not the Target I am used to. I pulled into the parking lot and it did not look too crowded but then I realized that cars could not park close because there were shopping carts in the middle of spaces, in the drive area, and in the way! I mentioned something inside to customer service but was told there is only 1 person wiping down carts. Not sure how that affects someone bringing back the carts. I did use the online order for instore pick up as my items were not available for drive up service. The order was processed quickly and the app. is very easy to use. Hardest part is remembering my username and password. I went in when my order was processed and there was no line to enter the store or to the customer service pick up area. The associate was very busy and could have used some more man/woman power behind the counter. I was handed my order in a very nice heavy duty plastic bag, which under different circumstances, I would have saved it for reuse but I'm not saving any packaging these days. The experience was not unpleasant because it is mandatory that masks are worn inside. (Even by little children which must be quite confusing for them.) I do wish they still had the cart wipes out because the person cleaning the carts is not really wiping as good as I would have done so I opted for no cart! read more

I have been here COUNTLESS times. I'd give this store about 3.5 stars overall. This store is located in the quietest section of the mall, so I'd recommend parking here if you are coming to shop Sawgrass Mills. Parking is usually ample outside this store except on Black Friday and weekends in December. The biggest negative here is the food section. I don't do a majority of my grocery shopping here, but I'll occasionally need a couple of items. You REALLY need to check the expiration dates on items, I've found things that have expired or are about to expire. The produce doesn't look too great either, though I often see employees working in this section. There is a CVS in store, this is the quietest pharmacy that I have ever been to! The male pharmacist that works here is so pleasant and helpful. Pros: -Self checkout registers in two spots -A lot of ready made foods and snacks are available -Nice dog food section -Wine and beer section Cons: -Starbucks often has long lines -Food section seems smaller than at Super Walmart -Self checkouts still get backed up sometimes Otherwise, this is your usual Super Target. 11/2016. Okay. I feel the need to update my review. I still go here almost every day and still can't rate it more than 3 stars. As we get close to the holiday season, I am again annoyed by the fact that the Chanukah merchandise hasn't changed in over 5 years and that target still places it in the middle of bedding instead of integrating it with the Christmas merchandise. The selection is small and maybe they stick it out of the way so people can't tell how poor the selection is. I love that the store has added 2 sections of self check out. Many times the people manning the area leave you alone unless you need help. Since I go during my lunch time, I like to organize my purchases into a bag that will come up to my office withefwc me and a bag I can put in the trunk. This is all done in my cart, so it annoys me when this one woman is working as the minute I see her I know she will start touching my stuff. Yesterday I actually had to tell her I had it handled and didn't need help. I even can enter my own fruit codes and purchase gift cards with no help. I worked retail for MANY years and I do not need help. It isn't that she is being helpful, she is assuming the customers all don't know what they are doing. Dr I expect to Starbucks still only has 1 person working at lunch time and they help 1 customer at at time. As does the cafe. I have never made a purchase there before my trip yesterday, but I am a sucker for a good pretzel...yesterday was not the day. The pretzel looked much better in the picture and after being microwaved and slathered in way too much butter, by the time I got to work (5 minutes away) it was inedible . While my pretzel was 'baking' the person just waited and waited to pay for his red bull. Seriously? They could have rang him up and sent him on his way. I do like that they are now putting up signs to alert you to use Cartwheel. Looking forward to the toy of the day (although last year they barely had stock of those items). So...until next year, I will continue going there and will update my review the next time it warrants an update. 10/2015 I am unfortunately (or fortunately) at Target almost daily. In fact, I have been to this store more in the last year and 1/2 then in the history of the store. Typically I have a decent experience, but my review is based on my overall experience with the Starbucks that is located within the store. 1. At noon, 1 person working does not work. 2. The customer should come before filling anything. If what order requires what you need to fill then I don't mind waiting, however it rarely does. If you're going to do what you're doing, at least acknowledge my existence. 3. All the drinks are a 'formula'. Yesterday's salted Carmel mocha was HORRIBLE! Yes, I have had it before, and it tastes horrible this visit. 4. It seems that the people who were working Starbucks and were actually efficient have been moved. This Target is my all time favorite. Target in general has decent produce, great generic products, and a wide variety of everything else. It is located in the Sawgrass mall, and when there is not a hockey game or an event at BB&T Center, there is plenty of parking. Two things to avoid in this Target are the Starbucks which is incredibly slow and the optical department whose quality is lacking. Their deli meats have also started to be extra salty of late. Still in all, any place I can get beer, chips and toilet paper is truly a YAY place read more

This Target is located in the Sawgrass Mills Mall. I always like to park in this area and cut across the store to get into the mall. I have my routine. I get myslef a coffee at the Starbucks in the store. Go through the aisles to see if there is anything good in their clearance areas . They don't have a designated area, rather, each department has their own endcap with whatever they are discontinuing. I have gotten some pretty good items at different stored doing this. This particular store is a little messy. You have to remember this is a very busy mall to which tourists come in flocks. Never understood why, but it ts what it is. I do like that unlike other stored, they always have plenty of registers open at any given time. I don't get clothes or shoes at Target, they are overpriced for the quality. But I get groceries and games, movies and the such. I rather get them here when not on online. There are pros and cons to shop at this particular store. One of the cons is the mess, and worker are not as nice as at other Target stores, but they have more stock of everything because they have more foot traffic. It is a good store, but not as nicely merchandised as others. read more

This was a very terrible optical experience and it's such a shame bc I love Target. I had an appointment for 3 pm and probably didn't get seen until about 335pm which wasn't so bad. It's a very busy location. There were only two assistants there doing pre-eye checks, pick up orders, checkout/register/ and fittings. It's a small location but def needed another person to help. Dr. Shannon Joseph was very polite and thorough. She's very vocal and explained everything to me despite my silly questions. The part of the eye exam where they check for your prescription with the big eye lenses machine is computerized! She controlled the is "1 better or 2 better?" at her desktop. That was super millennial and advanced. Pricing with insurance was cheaper than my first optical. I did a contact fitting. But they had entire walls of different glasses. This store is the only one left near my home. It's one of the larger ones and I love coming here, not just because I don't have to actually go in and through the Sawgrass Mills mall to get to them, but because the buyer(s) do a bang-up job at selecting the merchandise, and I find that it must be all the more challenging, since the store is huge. Besides having a market place, Starbucks, a pharmacy, an optical store, a cafe with select Pizza Hut items, self-checkout and other conveniences, I love the new Reserved Drive Up spaces. The one thing they miss the mark through time on is excellence in Customer Service, and that's BIG for me! read more

A cluster of items were placed in the wrong location. 3 out of seven items i wanted to purchase for the mark price of 5.89 but the manager only allows one because i should read all the items i purchase labels instead of price. No wonder target losing against amazon and publix because that would never happen to them. Publix will actually give the item free. The worst part is the manager Kasey didn't even want to talk to me. She tried to get the employees to get rid of me. I literally had to say i want the manager here to talk to her. She insisted the customer must have put it there. Yet there were several items in the location. I also suggest to check camera and than she stuck with description. False advertising is false advertising.
