Not only that, but the betas look EXTREMELY UNHEALTHY. There is one fish that's upside down, not dead, and cannot stay under the waterline. I'm assuming it's some sort of bloating. Why are you guys selling betas if you're not caring for them properly? I did notify one of the employees and he looked at me like "what am I supposed to do about it?"

I went back to the Kalamazoo store the next day because instead of a credit I received an another charge on my credit card for the items I returned. She charged me again for the item. During this year, they have done ample renovation and expansion and the aftermath seems to be great. The floors are clean and the grocery side seems to be so nice and organized. Well-lit as well. This is one of the stores that have a lot of clearances which can be as low as a $1 at times on clothes. They have also fixed the buy online and store pick up to be faster and more convenient. The systematic value of this Walmart has gone up this year, I can say that for sure. The customer service can be a hit and miss.
