He followed us around and it was really uncomfortable. Half the store was under construction so it's not like we could walk away. When I was looking at shoes, he put his hand on them and said no he can't try these on yet I'll show you. I was very taken aback and explained I was only looking at the shoe design since the box was closed and we didn't get to even pick them out. I was persuaded into purchasing a pair and told they'll see us in 3 months when my baby outgrows the shoe. That was very bold. I won't be coming back. It was so bad. I understand helping a customer but not even being able to look or think without being influenced/pushed into something stressed me out.

A dear friend of mine consigned some of her parents furnishings after her Father recently passed…read moreaway with this store in West York. DO NOT BUY or EVEN go INTO THIS STORE~! There is a CLOSING sign on the front door and she insisted they pay her monies owed to her after she was lied to twice that the "Check was in the mail" excuse. So after insisting they gave her a check, she took it to the bank it was drawn on and they told her they couldn't cash the check because it wasn't good. THIS IS ILLEGAL WRITING A CHECK when you know there are NO FUNDS~! She went back and insisted again that they give her cash now and they did, but all the while the woman who worked there was SCREAMING at my friend, people were staring and my friend was telling ALL the customers coming and going who were looking for a good deal because the store is all at least 50% off what was going on and many were leaving. The owners DO NOT DESERVE customers. Period. end of story.

We stopped by yesterday afternoon for the first time in search of a chair for our guest room. I was…read morehoping to find a solid wood chair. We walked in and said hello to the guy behind the counter. He nodded at us.... Rude. We walked around the store for about 15 minutes, noticing the price decrease methodology. Some of the furniture was quite nice, including a large double size chaise lounge right up front. Probably 60% of the home decor items were Dollar Tree mugs and knickknacks. There was some "handmade" jewelry and mosaic switchplate covers that looked interesting but the prices were all over the place. We noticed the guy behind the counter was equally rude to other customers as well, barely spoke and basically pushed items across the counter without even a thanks. We won't be back.
