I like to throw bubble tea across the room, mainly to see if the Tea's Mobile. It usually is. This is not a bad cell phone store inside the Crossgates Mall, and I was trying to find out what they thought about me switching over from me Verizon, because I was trying to save on the awful fees and massive costs at Verizon. Horrible service and they lie to you. To sell you things they will promise all things, but afterwards they don't fulfill anything. Your bill comes differently of what they promise you. When you come to this shop to complain they try to blame you for not understanding. AVOID this particular shop here at this mall. This store fucking sucks. T-Mobile's coverage isn't terrible in this area (it leaves a lot to be desired, however), but their pricing is pretty solid, and the coverage is very good where I'm moving. I went into the Crossgates T-Mobile store for a couple of quick issues: (1) to ask a question about some billing changes, and (2) to ask about a strange issue I've been having intermittently when receiving MMS messages through the default texting app. Like I said: This store sucks. What a waste of my time. The employee I dealt with was absolutely useless, and didn't even know his company's policies. He gave me completely erroneous information, which not only conflicted with the information I was given from T-Mobile prior to coming into the store, but was outright rejected by T-Mobile management when I called them after my visit. Neither of my issues were resolved here. If you need to go into a T-Mobile store and can't resolve the issue over the phone or online, don't waste your time here. Go to another location, like the one on Wolf Road. read more

Want to feel used go here ! I don't know why he would think it was ok but a rep though it would be ok to go into my Samsung pay acct and type in his own promo code to get points . I don't know how many people he did this to but his 97,000 point tell me probley alot don't let them touch your phone. Wow! Fantastic experience, just switched our family plan to t-mobile and couldn't be happier! Really good price, unlimited everything, and free data and texting abroad (phone calls are extra). Brandon Smith is the man! Works hard to make us happy. Took his time, explained our options and the best and easiest way to move all the lines into t-mobile. Helped us sign up online, get the iPhone app, port all the numbers, answer our stupid questions with patience and kindness. Zero problems, but if there are its great to know they have such a great team working here to help us out. Highly recommended! read more

If there were a way which I could give them zero stars I would. The salesman lied to me about the warranty on my phone and in addition showed me a phone which he had to show me what the phone was like. It was his personal phone and it had pornographic material on it....hardly professional the service was spotty at best and the signal was weak as a highschool nerd. Terrible! I have to say that going with T-Mobile was one of the worst choices I ever made. First, they charge me $5 every time I want to pay my bill at the store! What???? You are charging me to pay my bill??? Did I miss something here. Second, the coverage is terrible. I loose my signal every where. Lastly... no 3G!!!! Blah. read more

Well the store was fabulous. They actually had customer service. However I needed to call customer service to talk about my data usage. They were HORRIBLE!! I called to inquire about my data usage as I knew I had overage but needed to know how not to have it in the future. As I am on the phone waiting my data usage goes form overage of 7th data to 9th data overage in 22 minutes. How the hell does that happen??? I was connected to the supervisor Jason? and he told me that because I was the account manager and not the account holder he couldn't do anything for me. He proceeded to tell me to have the owner of the account call and discuss these matters.... He didn't even try to help me. He was arrogant and ignorant. I was appalled. He put me on hold and then the call was lost. What the hell?? I give Verizon a lot of business and all I want to know is how to keep Verizon my carrier at a more affordable price. Maybe the girl at Sprint was correct in switching. They offered me a way better plan with all of the devices we have but I truly want to keep Verizon. I am not sure how confident I am in referring them. My advice to anyone is even though Verizon is connected in so many ways, they are money hungry and hire people who are not truly invested in the companies delivery of service!! read more
