Billed me for fraudulent account. They refuse to provide me with any proof that I signed an agreement. They refused to provide me with the phone number associated with the account. They refuse to tell me where and when contact was signed. They refused to provide any pertinent information regarding the account. They refused to tell me how they verified the identity of the person who entered into the agreement. They have retained a collection agency for the $133 they claim I owe. Man am I bummed that I walked through this door. Generally nice people but sooooo incompetent. I came in here trying to set up an account but they gave me all sorts of wrong information, kept trying to rerun my credit report, convinced me that the student discount wasn't available for the phone I wanted (even though the T-Mobile call center is currently giving me that discount). These dudes proceeded to get my account into some catch-22 purgatory where I had a phone number but no phone and now the only way I could get a phone was to upgrade but I couldn't approve the upgrade since I didn't have a phone to approve it with. I mean, it was almost impressive. The call center had no idea how they managed to botch it so bad. I just spent over an hour on the phone sorting it out. I do hope this letter makes it to management. For a company that is marketing themselves to quickly surpass the top cellular providers within a few years, there is some work that needs to be done. I have been with the company for less than 24 hours. The initial sales pitch was great. (Or I wouldn't have bought in.) But the execution and follow through has been poorly managed. I have an intense sense of regret for leaving the company that I had been with for over ten years. On August 10, 2020, I spoke with one of your representatives, Tiffany. She was friendly. She was patient. She was informative. She explained that I could move all 5 lines without interruption, not give up any of the cellular/data perks that we are currently receiving and we would save almost half of what we are currently spending. I explained that we have a daughter that is covered and lives out of state so we would need to do it when we were all available. She assured me that would not be a problem. They would send the SIM cards and we could control when to activate our phones so that no one went without service. We quickly received the SIM cards in the mail and the next day sent our daughter's to Las Vegas, where she resides. We had an out of town trip scheduled, and she did not receive her SIM card until after we left town. So we held off on the activation. 08/17/2020 was the big day. I called T-Mobile's activation department. We were on the phone for a long period of time. The representative patiently went through all of the steps with us for each phone. He said that we would now have to wait until our phones stopped using Verizon before we could insert the T-Mobile SIM card. He said it can take anywhere from 10 minutes to 10 days. (WOW). So now we can't leave the house without the SIM card and pin to open the SIM input. Two of the phones (the two that were bought through T-Mobile) dropped Verizon quickly. The rest of our phones did not. 8/18/2020 This morning I decided to see what would happen if I put the T-Mobile SIM card in my phone. (I am about to go on another trip and need this operational before I leave.) Seconds after inserting the SIM card multiple text messages started pouring in from T-Mobile. They stated there was difficulty transferring our phones and to call a number for assistance. So, I did. Please keep in mind that none of your customer service representatives answer the phone on the first ring. Sometimes, not even after 30 minutes of rings. She gave us a # number to put in for a pin and was able to transfer us over to T-Mobile at that time. Why wasn't the representative from yesterday able to do that? But that worked on two of the three phones left to convert. It did not work for our daughter's. Who lives 6 hours away from us and has to drive 45 minutes to get home from work, on deserted highway, that seldom gets any traffic. There aren't even gas stations on this road. She went through all of the same steps as us. She carried her T-Mobile SIM card and pin to work with her and put it in around the same time as we did. I got on the phone and called customer service again. On a 3-way call, with our daughter using a business land line. (Tying up a business landline. Not even her place of business.). I can't tell you how long I waited to get a representative but I can tell you that we were on the phone with her for 45 minutes to an hour. She said there was nothing that she could do after trying a few things. There was roughly $45 left to pay on our daughter's phone with Verizon. I was under the impression from Tiffany that T-Mobile was going to pay that off and I didn't need to do anything different. This representative was telling me that without it being paid first they would have the phone locked. She asked me if I could still log into the Verizon account. My husband and I both tried on separate devices, but were no longer granted access. We called Verizon's Customer Service number. I was on hold for over an hour. No human even answered that line. After about 10 minutes of being on hold with that number my husband and son were using their phones to try the customer service number and trying to call local Verizon offices. The T-Mobile Representative said she would have to hang up and call back later. So now my daughter is forced to drive that road with no cell service at all. This is exactly why we waited as long as we did to insert the SIM cards. I was told this would be a quick and easy process. It was supposed to be choreographed so that no one went without service. We started it around 4 pm yesterday and it has taken over 24 hours to complete. This is exactly what I DID NOT want to happen. T-Mobile is the worst service ever they have cut my phone off 3 times in 1 month after they have received my payment to keep apologizing and yet do it again and again. I pay my bill in full with not a dollar left over they cut my phone off for no reason and tell me they will take care of it and all the while I'm accumulating reconnection fee's now they're telling me I have a past due amount because your cutting my phone off after I've paid my bill I'm so sick of this.... My phone doesn't work. I can't get through to anyone at the store. No one has returned my calls (first message left ten days ago). The email inbox of the salesman who sold me the phone does not work (no one can hear me). Apple Support verified that the problem is not with the microphone on the phone, that only T-Mobile could resolve the problem. Worst phone service ever. read more

One of the worst 3rd party stores! I thought Wyoming and Paseo was bad! These guys are worst! I went into the store to jump to a iPhone 8 Plus Black. I got the phone and 24 hours later it had some issues. I went back the following morning to replace it and I spent an hour there. The reps on site Christiana and Rudi were so rude, disrespectful and talked down to myself (the customer) and had a sour attitude. They refused to exchange it. I got customer service on the line and they backed me saying if the customer is exchanging like for like there should be no fee. Even the rep helping me was rude to the customer service representative. To make matters worst the rep next to her had some customers walk in and she started to talk about details going on with me and my account with other customers. Whispering insults under her breath at me. I'm like no despite me being 5 ft away you do not share any details about my account with other customers despite you not liking me or why I'm there. So she got her manager in a rude as ever way and the manager partially backed my claim and told her the same thing I said. So I left the store and finally 611 found a resolution to my issue. They are nice people, but terribly incompetent. Also, they will add a bunch of stuff to up-sell but won't explain it to you. I had to call T-Mo to remove some crazy add-ons which I didn't need. But the biggest problem was with porting. It was nothing short of a nightmare porting over my phone to T-Mobile. I spent 4 days with T-Mo customer service and turns out the sales people didn't bother to make a submission for the ETF reimbursement. Avoid this place and go to the Carlisle location or somewhere else. read more
