We switched our phone to US cellular to T-Mobile use the hunters Crossing location was promised they would pay $200 for each phone to help pay off the other lines they owe 400 bucks. The manager took our old phones, never filled out the paperwork to have our contracts paid off So we are stuck with a $400 bill. I'm pretty sure the manager is taking the phones that you turn in and selling them for a profit. We were in store working with the manager to figure something out calling T-Mobile. I guess headquarters she would not talk to them even though she was right there they begged her to get on the phone. She would not this is a horrible store. I do not recommend Them for anything. Just received the most outstanding customer service by Sam Heaton. My went to have her phone looked at concerning vm and ring times. Sam was busy, but found a way to immediately greet us. She quickly resolved the phone issue and then told us about the tablet promotion. We signed up for two. She then inquired if we had your internet service. I explained that we were on the waiting list. Much to her surprise, she looked into it and yes, our zip code said we could go onto the waiting list which we had been on for a year. Sam informed us that many customers in our area had the service and encouraged us to give it try under the 15 day free trail. Well, she was right! Got home and hooked it up, works great. As a former operations director for fortune 500 companies; i can honestly say she is an outstanding example of great customer service. Not only is she solutions oriented, but has excellent leadership skills as witnessed during our visit. What a valuable asset for T-Mobile! This is the type of team player every company would love in their organization. I would promote her in a heartbeat w/o question. Friendly and helpful staff! Being in an unfamiliar area and finding your phone dead (as in, it will no longer turn on or respond to anything) is one of the worse feelings in the world. We drove here to try to alleviate one of our issues when we started our vacation. One of the ladies immediately greeted us and asked if we needed help. We told her we were looking for a new phone and she left us alone to browse. After 5 minutes or so, we asked for some help with the accessories (we couldn't find them, they were way on the other side of the room) because it's silly to spend about $800 on a phone before taxes just to turn around and break it shortly after. She grabbed all the necessary things we wanted and got it all set-up. Of course, being out of state the cards were giving us trouble but she was patient with us as I tried to get the transaction to go through which took less than 5 minutes. Anyway, we came out of there happy with a new phone and finally back and connected to the world. It's a good thing we had one good phone though! The service that was provided to us was exceptional and I highly recommend this to anyone who is a T-Mobile customer. read more

We decided to switch to T-Mobile phones and when we went in to change to them they talked us in to trying the internet tower also. I asked the regional manager Evan if it didn't work, could I return it. He assured me that I had a buyers remorse 14 day guarantee. We took it home and did not get strong enough internet service. When I returned it, he refused to refund the activation fee of $60 even though it wouldn't work. I have called several times and asked the manager to call me but they never do. I would never deal with these people again. They do not stand by their promises and you basically pay $60 to try out their product. read more

Beware this store and its management! Ethical sales are not a priority, I know this first hand as I witnessed it and had to deal with the aftermath as an employee. Items added to accounts that we're not asked for, products such as insurance and proxy lines and not to mention flagrant disregard to the truth about amounts that would be owed after transitioning from the sprint biller to the T-Mobile biller. It's one thing to make an honest mistake about a promotional offer, which I am human and did a few times, however, when you do it to boost your numbers as a manager it is a blatant deceptive practice. I fought against it and tried to make senior management see what was going on and ultimately I believe was fired for it. So if you want to go to T-Mobile don't go to the Alcoa store and if you must go there go see Sara, she is honest but whatever happens, do not let the manager of this store set up your account!!!! If I could rate this store at less than 1 star, I would. This store is the worst. We have been back and forth to this store several times without our issue being resolved. We even had to pay an extra $20+ for the privilege. These folks not only aren't skilled at their jobs, but it's clear that they don't even care about the customers. While we were in the store, another man stopped in to complain about one of the clerks who had helped him the day before. He came to say he was switching to another provider. The clerk who "helped" us could barely stop looking at his own device while he was working on ours. And get this...after our arrival home, with a supposed "new" phone (that didn't even come with a battery), we found that it still did not work. Here is the best part, after trying to call the store we found that their number has been disconnected! Today I am writing a letter of complaint to their corporate headquarters and plan to send one to everyone up and down the chain. These folks at this T-Mobile store need to get their act together because they are giving a bad name to their company. I've already spoken with the T-Mobile customer complaint section and they have opened a case against this store. Buyer beware. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!!!!!!! read more
