    Says it is still open via Yelp app but it was closed when we got here 3 minutes ago and the sign says it closes at 6:30.

    Online it says this place closes at 7, but when we arrived 6 minutes before 7 (I took the screen shot after I got back in the car and my husband was driving back home)... it was closed. I tried the door and it was locked. The guy was inside & closing up the inside door. I looked at the sign outside and it says that it closes at 6:30. Update your online sites please. We went out of the way to make it here because it was the closest store to where we were that was open (per online posting)... but it wasn't. Disappointed and annoyed we wasted our time.

    Friendly staff! Consistently lock the doors before 6:30 close time. Many times 5+ min so plan accordingly.

    To Whom It May Concern,…read more I am writing to formally complain about an extremely frustrating experience I have had with FedEx regarding multiple shipping charges and the complete lack of resolution despite repeated attempts to address the issue. I originally shipped a package through FedEx, only to have it returned because it was damaged in transit. At that time, I was informed by FedEx representatives that I would receive credit for the issue and was instructed to simply create a new shipping label and resend the package. When I created the replacement shipment, I accurately entered the package dimensions and weight. FedEx quoted me approximately $128, which was the cheapest available option and reasonable considering the item itself was only worth around $250. Had I known the shipment would ultimately cost over $500, I would have never shipped it in the first place. A week after delivery, FedEx charged my account more than $500 without authorization or approval. Since then, I have spent the last two weeks calling customer service multiple times a day, only to continuously be transferred between departments and told to speak with someone else. Every conversation has resulted in the same runaround with no meaningful resolution. Eventually, I was informed that the charges were considered valid and that there was "nothing that could be done," despite the fact that I never agreed to charges that exceeded the original quoted amount by more than $400. Charging customers dramatically more than the estimated shipping amount after the fact, without transparency or approval, is unacceptable. As a result of this experience, I have completely stopped using FedEx because I no longer trust the company not to arbitrarily charge whatever amount it "deems appropriate." To make matters worse, I was charged again today for another shipment, and after once again spending time on the phone being transferred around, I was told there is nothing that can be done until after the holidays because the charge is still pending. At this point, it is very clear that FedEx has no interest in actually resolving customer concerns. Between the original shipment issue, the excessive charges, the repeated transfers, and the inability to speak with anyone empowered to help, this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I strongly urge FedEx to review these charges, provide a detailed explanation for why the final billed amount differed so drastically from the quoted estimate, and issue appropriate credits or refunds. I also highly recommend other businesses and customers proceed cautiously before using FedEx services. Sincerely, Robert Gomez

Unsafe…read more Regular disappearance of checks mailed from this Post Office Location during 2025.Neighbors and many posts on NextDoor regularly from others who have had their checks taken, both from the big secure outside box, but also despite bringing our mail inside the facility to either an interior secure drop or handing directly to a postal clerk. This has been Increasing in frequency Jan-Mar 2026. This poster has had 3 bill checks taken in just the last few weeks (yes I use a sharpie) The thieves seem to quickly identify what is a billpay type of mailing, because it is only the bill pay checks to Utilities, Medicare, State of TN that are going missing---the personal correspondence seems to be making it to its destination. Mail brought directly to the local distribution center does not seem to 'get lost' or stolen. The problem/thievery Seems to be specific to this particular brick n mortar location on Municipal Center Drive. Despite several of us speaking to staff at this local facility nothing seems to have been done. Calling the Knox Cty Sheriff for support to engage with this local usps location has been pointless, as the Sheriff's office declines jurisdiction and states they won't even discuss it with the local post office. So, we have now opened a case for investigation via the US Postal Inspector, but every citizen who has experienced this must open their own individual case. The one nearest me (Farragut) happens to be the friendliest with a convenient location and customer service that beats all other locations in town. I could give a shout-out to every employee because I have NEVER had a clerk who was short with me, perturbed by my questions or not willing to help. Their customer service is premiere. We are now in the midst of the COVID-19 outbreak but the mail still steadily churns on. I needed to make a personal visit to this Post Office last week and was pleasantly surprised that they had clearly marked 6' intervals on the floor with red tape and then also separated the clerks from the public (as much as is possible) with a solid line of red tape in front of the counter. There were three clerks on duty at the time and each were wearing gloves. It was obvious to me that they were taking this threat seriously and doing their best to do their job and to be safe for themselves and the general public. I certainly appreciate what they do and pray for their safety. Way to go! Thanks for being on the front line and doing all that you do with friendless, accuracy and swiftness.

Putting our Best Buy experience to shame.. just being truthful as these purchases should be a good experience..... as you've put some obvious money into something that you're expecting to work, right!?!? I can't thank you enough for doing your job so well! It's a blessing to get someone in the area your looking into that is honest and knows what they are talking about! We then bought a desk through another sales gal there who unfortunately the tag was on the wrong desk and when we got home we had the wrong desk! I don't deny I was upset, because the owner, who was immediately belligerent and unprofessional, left the shipment sitting on the floor rather than give it to the FedEx driver! Please consider taking your FedEx shipments to Dollar General or Walgreens where shipment acceptance information (which can be critically important when meeting a shipment deadline) will be immediately uploaded upon receipt - as it should be in 2023. Please avoid Mailboxes Express, where they are stuck in 1975 and aren't secure enough as people and business owners to respond to a legitimate shipping concern from a customer without going berserk.
