I realized my battery health was at 50% so as much as I was reluctant to go buy a new phone, I knew it was time. It was time to lay my iPhone XR to rest. I realized this information around like 7PM and was in Maryland visiting a friend so I found the closest AT&T (Ritchie Station) which closed at 8PM. I arrived around 7:30 and pretty much knew my options. Go with an insurance claim or get a new phone. The service was terrible so I left and decided to go home and order online. I get online look at my options as i was ordering it asked me if I wanted to pick up in store near me, it was open until 9PM. It was 8:12PM I rushed over and got to this store with 15 minutes to spare. As I used to work in retail, i quickly apologized for coming right before close. I had the best customer service! I really appreciate Rick who was working that evening. Not only did he not rush me, but he went out of his way to explain several different options I had not considered. I walked out of there happy and with as new phone. Neither employee seemed upset I was there late, unlike Ritchie Station location. Thank you!

I was really grateful for them clearly explaining a few different options and solutions that would help me fix or transfer data off my phone, and the relative price points of each. I feel like clear communication for this type of service is essential, and the shop really shined at it. Prices were fair and service was quick. They were able to replace my screen while I waited, allowing me to transfer data to my new phone and keep my old phone around as a spare device. I had a bit of a wait at…read morethe McLean store, so had the opportunity to watch Sean provide thoughtful and helpful service to the two customers before me. He went above and beyond with all of us. I contrast this with the Tyson's store on Leesburg Pike, which screwed up my business phone line. Sean sorted it all out and sent me on my way a very happy customer. While at the store a gentleman came in who was quite obviously in some sort of altered state. He was unkempt and largely incoherent, becoming agitated when asked for ID to verify his account. Another female customer and I both sensed danger and tensed up; meanwhile, Sean handled him calmly and respectfully until he finally left. When he returned 30 or so minutes later, I immediately set my phone to 911 just in case, but Sean once again handled him like a pro. I have no doubt that the situation could have gone south quickly had Sean shown any trace of irritation or anger. Store manager, give that man a raise!

They provide shipping, shredding, printing, faxing, passport photos, mailboxes for both personal & business, & they have notary services. I give high praise to this location because every employee I've ever dealt with has been really wonderful: friendly, outgoing, and super helpful.
