When I asked her why, she said the owner told her to do it, so she felt she had no choice. My husband and I went in to talk to him about it, and he denied ever saying that -- and got even angrier with us instead. We assumed our niece had done something wrong and scolded her again, but she started crying and said it wasn't her fault, and showed us the contract. When we looked at it, the handwriting was the owner's. Our niece had been telling the truth -- the owner had deliberately taken advantage of her because she was young, and when we confronted him, he had the nerve to act offended and deny everything. I would never recommend this place. If you don't want to get scammed, do not go here. It's been a while since this happened, but I'm still angry about it. Scam riddled policies and awful practices. Had a claim through Asurion for a front screen repair on…read morea phone with completely fine internals, motherboard, but due to cracking on the back a $29 dollar screen replacement "could not be done", and instead a $250 replacement sham for an iPhone 15 pro. All of this despite the fact that I relayed the cracked back when I went to fill out my claim, and specifically stated I only wanted the front fixed, to which they obliged. Take your device here if you wish to be panhandled by greedy practice.

"ONE OF THE BEST" : A+…read more (21JAN2022 - Hint: They moved from Richmond Ave and are now at 6161 Fuller Court, and It's upstairs next to the lawyer's office) Came in to get daughter's cellphone (iPhone) battery replaced. Other person comes in at the same time looking to buy an iPhone. He starts with me, but also able to handle other person looking to buy a late model iPhone. I say she can go first, since it should be pretty quick - but ends up that he can handle us both, professionally & with courtesy. They ("Ali") definitely know what they are doing. Bright, intelligent, skilled with his hands. Says he loves his job. Had the iPhone apart and pulled the battery as quick as I can type this review. Has a new one iPhone on hand for the other customer, and talking to the other customer as she tries out their iPhone. She decides to come back since she doesn't have funds in hand, and he takes back the phone after they try it out. For me, he finishes up mine, shows me that the battery life is now 100% - and offers me a screen protector, and sure- why not (Cheap!). I have the iPhone back, and he offers to put a screen protector on my iPhone as well - no extra charge. Nice! I'm in and out in under 20 minutes total! Even as he's working with the other customer. Hard worker, good deals, knows his stuff - confident. Can highly recommend, but call first to work out the time and deal beforehand. Also, cash or paypal are best.

But this all changed when I sucked up my nerve to give this site another chance last Friday. Huge thanks to Shahir for this turnaround! There is customer service, and then there is Sean G.'s customer service. I had a bit of a wait at…read morethe McLean store, so had the opportunity to watch Sean provide thoughtful and helpful service to the two customers before me. He went above and beyond with all of us. I contrast this with the Tyson's store on Leesburg Pike, which screwed up my business phone line. Sean sorted it all out and sent me on my way a very happy customer. While at the store a gentleman came in who was quite obviously in some sort of altered state. He was unkempt and largely incoherent, becoming agitated when asked for ID to verify his account. Another female customer and I both sensed danger and tensed up; meanwhile, Sean handled him calmly and respectfully until he finally left. When he returned 30 or so minutes later, I immediately set my phone to 911 just in case, but Sean once again handled him like a pro. I have no doubt that the situation could have gone south quickly had Sean shown any trace of irritation or anger. Store manager, give that man a raise!

I had Phone Doctor replace the battery on my Galaxy S7 today. I had already purchased the battery…read moreand they charged me labor. The workmanship is excellent. The battery was replaced and put back together like it was never opened. I actually got my phone back better than how I brought it in. (previous battery had bloated and lifted the screen). Service was completed within 2 hours. Although they said it would take one hour and when I returned they said they needed 15 min more which ended up being about an hour. Still impressive it was done that quickly. There was a steady flow of customers so be prepared for it to take a little longer than quoted (which happens). Parking is a little tough but its in the town of Herndon so take advantage of your visit by trying out some of the local restaurants and bars. There are many options with good variety. Its a quaint little town and a good opportunity to kill two birds with one stone. I'll be coming back here if i need to have a component in my cell phones replaced.

Two days later, the entire screen stopped working. They replaced it again, and just four days later, it stopped working again. When I returned, they gave me a hard time and blamed the issue on damage that they never mentioned before either repair. It's extremely frustrating to pay to have one thing fixed, only to have the same problem happen twice and then be blamed for it. I would not recommend this company. In my experience, you may go in to get one thing fixed and leave with a bigger problem--and no accountability.
