This place is horrible. just like most authorized Verizon retailers but worse. They cut you off the phone, you can't set up a meeting for simple things like just dropping off a set top box for TV. I just wanted to drop it off. I was told to go to another authorized Verizon retailer in Alexandria and was hung up on. Then I called back again and no one answered. Then, I tried to set up an appointment to drop off the set top box and was refused. That's crazy, rude, and unprofessional. Note: All "Verizon Authorized Retailers" are basically franchises, individually owned, not Verizon company stores. I don't know if VERIZON company stores are any better. It was difficult to set up a time as well. I finally found an authorized retailer in Washington DC and was told that I could go in without an appointment and just drop off the set box for TV. What a nightmare, but this store in particular has been rude and unresponsive, even though I live in the same neighborhood. I tried to get something done with my Verizon covered IPhone cellular phone a few years ago, and had the same pretty rude experience with the Annandale store. read more

absolutely INSANE. this is NOT a Verizon store it's a third party place that takes orders with NO INVENTORY for people who add lines on existing accounts via the App. the phones in STORE are for people who WALK IN. I added a new line on my account and picked and PAID for my device. Once you do that it tells you what location it's available at for pick up. I paid for my phone YESTERDAY, went to pick it up today. Didn't have my right color when I called to verify I was coming to pick up my order. The liar who works there said they had one in black, ( I purchased lavender). I had customer care on the phone said I could pick up my phone and take to different location and exchange for the color I wanted. WILLIAM, the ass hat that works there, tell me they do not have my phone there when they JUST SAID it was in a different color. so they allow orders to placed with NO PHONES to give to those who buy them. He then calls the POLICE on me because he doesn't want to help me. He then proceeds to tell the police that they DO have that phone in stock but it's reserved for walk in WHO HAVE NOT BOUGHT a phone yet BUT I PAID 500$ for my new phone/added line and RECEIVED NOTHING. read more

I came to this place to look for a phone for my mom because she lost it for the 100th time. I came here looking for a flip phone to replace the one that she lost a couple of weeks ago. As I walked in, I had to wait for a few minutes but then a service technician came to me and asked what I needed. He said that they did not have the flip phone that I needed and that I would probably need to go to a larger store. So I confirmed with him that a larger store could be the one further down the street and he said yes that might be your best bet. My only issue is that they could not check inventory at stores in the area for some reason. So I'm mosey down Little River turnpike to the larger store and found what I needed. Parking was fairly easy and I found a spot right in front. Overall, I would suggest that they link systems regardless of ownership. read more

Not the best service. Made an appointment at 11 and I waited to get help or acknowledge. There was a few people there and only 1 person. He seemed friendly and nice. He did mention that he was the only person there and his coworker was late. But after I waited for an hour. I mentioned I made an appointment online and I had the email. He said that they don't take appointments and if they did no one tells them. I tried to explain I'm having issues connecting my phone to my carrier and he said i had to go to a corporate store instead. It was just frustrating that after I waited an hour that I had to go to another store. Also what's the point of making an appointment about an account issue at the store if they don't do that at the location. It was not the best. read more

Please be aware that this is a verizon authorized retailer (Victra) and not an actual verizon company store. They will charge fees that a Verizon company store will not when setting up a phone line. Justin added services to my phone line set up that we did not even ask for which rose our bill significantly. Be very careful. Due to Justin's phone set up, I have spent hours with verizon now fixing this issue. Save yourself the headache. read more

Do not waste your time and money at this verizon authorized retailer, instead go to a verizon company store instead. This store will charge you set up and go service fees of $39.99 which are fees that are completely separate from activating your phone line. I first paid the set up and go service fees believing it was the activation fees (due to the employee Justin) however when I got my first bill, it was clear that these fees are separate from the activation fees (when I called verizon they confirmed that these fees are fees that the stores charged for itself and was not applied to my verizon bill at all). Justin refused to give me a refund when I visited the store even though Victra's website explains that a refund should be granted. Verizon is now processing my refund of these set up and go service fees due to Victra's refusal to pay me back. Save yourself from wasting your time and money at this store. Just go to a verizon company store instead. read more

The store Manager flat out lied to us when we asked him about the specifications with the different telephones. For example, the batteries that we bought for extended life only offered 2 hours more than the standard battery. Instead of getting 17 hours of battery life we will now only get 9. That's for the next two years until we qualify to get another phone. His sales pitch to us, "There is no diffeence between the two." When I came home and looked up the specs I went back to the store and asked him why he told us that they were the same when they clearer offered different capabilities. The manager would not answer the question and kept changing the subject. His prices are double what the Verizon Wireless page charges for the same battery. Overpriced and too busy making the sale to tell the truth. I wouldn't recommend these guys to anyone. read more

The young man who helped me was very helpful and kind which I really appreciated, so this is in no way a reflection of his service, which was very good. The older man, (perhaps the manager?) was rude. First he told me in a very curt manner that I needed to watch my child. I was watching her, she was gently touching the plastic phone cases on display, not being destructive or dangerous in any way. Okay, so I pull her away from them and she starts whining. He then proceeds to say "Looks like someone needs a time out" and followed that statement up by suggesting that we go wait in the car while my data transfers. He may have been trying to help, but it came off as rude and condescending. This guy clearly has never wrangled a 2 year old in public and still somehow felt entitled to judge me. I don't come to the Verizon store for parenting advice, THANKS. On top of this guy being a jerk, they told me that the transfer process would take 15 minutes and it ended up taking over an hour. The whole transaction(buying the phone, transferring data) took about two hours, much longer than my previous experiences doing the same exact thing. Don't come here unless you like being judged for having a child and waiting for a really long time. read more

This guy with 'i-know-it-all' attitude will try his best ability not to help you. John helped me upgrade my phone and change my number, etc. He answered all of my questions and was very friendly. He even helped set up my phone and sign up my email address for the set up. I could have done it myself at home. After half an hour, my brand new phone was ready to use with the brand new case on. Great service. read more

I thought this store was great. I had a phone not under any type of warranty and insurance that had some charging issues. There was a charger at the store that seemed to work with the phone and the store let me borrow the charger until I could figure out the issue. I went back for my upgrade a few months later and was able to find a phone with a mail in rebate for $100 less than the online and surrounding store price. The phone was shipped to the store within 3 business days and I was able to come pick it up. The man who helped me was Chris. He was really knowledgeable about the store products and specs for different phones so that I could pick one that was best for me. He helped me get everything transferred over from my old phone including pictures and another sales associate put on my screen protector (first time no bubbles!). Chris also packaged up all my rebate info and made me copies just in case and then addressed the envelope so all I had to do was add a stamp and stick it in the mail. By far the best customer service I have ever received at a Verizon store and I love my new S4. =) read more

I just switched from Tmobile to verizon, customer service is excellent and the guys working there are super chill. all I could say tmobile sucks when it comes to phone reception and the internet data is super slow, but Verizon takes their internet and reception speed to the next level.
