This is a T Mobile store that you Must go out of your way to AVOID. I cannot begin to list all of the problems and mistakes these people made. If I could rate this location less, I would - 212 Glebe Road Last week we visited this location to switch to the Magenta 55+ plan. "Mark" I think his name because I couldn't see clearly as his head was bent down during our visit... was unpleasant, unprofessional and fully useless. It was the middle of a weekday afternoon. We were the only customers. He didn't even give us the courtesy of looking up at us before telling us the process of switching to Magenta billing could not be done in store. He said to call customer service. I told him customer service assured me it could be done in store. Didn't matter. Then we told him we were searching for (2) new phone upgrades as well. He didn't even bother to look up my account. He mumbled low inventory and that we had to go to Apple to get a certain phone. The place also looked so desolate void of inventory, no surprises we were the only customers. So we left with NOTHING accomplished :( Hey TMobile..... This is how our visit should have gone...... Mark should have gotten off his lazy rump and called TMobile customer service to find out how to switch our billing or at the very LEAST, look up our account and show us some phones to upgrade to. Or wait.... maybe apologize for our inconvenience. I can absorb his lack of ability as he could have been new. But the sour attitude and making us feel like we were bothering his day is unacceptable. I will try another Tmobile in a better neighborhood where salespersons are probably not allowed to be so lousy, lazy and plain unprofessional. And if I encounter another Mark, I will cancel Tmobile right on the spot. I promise!! read more

Apparently this location had a bad reputation in the past, but there is a new manager and it is very well run now. I took my new phone in because I was having trouble setting it up, and Julio (the new manager) spent a lot of time taking care of the problem even though I didn't get the phone at that store. All the other customers who came in while I was there seemed to leave pleased with the service they got as well. I'm very happy with T-Mobile and will definitely conduct any future business at this location. read more

If it was possible to give a negative point that is what I would give. Very poor customer service! I was at this location of T mobile because I had an issue with my phone that could be resolved only at the store. However the rude agent named Maria told me she can't help me and I could switch to other company.......she doesn't care. I asked why....no reason. I asked for a supervisor she replied there is no supervisor. I have been T mobile customer for about 10 yrs. This is the worest experience. I don't think this is what a customer deserves. There are lots of companies with better customer service!! I don't recommend T mobile to anyone. read more
