We went to check out new phones, waited for more than 30 minutes when finally an employee, David, called us. He was soo rude for no reason, since his first interaction with us he had a bad tone and really bad attitude. If possible 00 stars. I been with them for 6 years I am to lazy to change but this store employs the worst ppl . The first is the lady Dian she will tell you anything to change your plan an get mad when you ask a question. She takes 3 hours to set up a phone I know I was with her. They also take no less than 30 min to do anything because they just don't care which ok I understand you hate your job but don't take it out on me. Every time I walk in here something else happens. I am the main account holder yet they can't find my phone number in their system. I never been around a bigger bunch of untrained an unprofessional people. I asked the guy to change my screen today and because he couldn't find any of the phone numbers on my account started throwing papers , shaking immensely like he was having a nervous breakdown. An then I was told if the older lady Diana wasn't there I wouldn't have been able to change my screen . I was told " your lucky she is here" as if it's my fault their system is messed up. We were at this location today 03/14/2024 waiting about 40 minutes to an hour which is understandable because everyone wants to update their phones, and thats the time most of the us customers get out of work. When it was our turn, one of the staff (David) was really rude from the beginning. You could just see his attitude, very nasty attitude. After barely even being acknowledged at another location where we had to wait outside in the freezing cold I decided to try this one and am very delighted I did. Switching from Sprint to T-Mobile. First went to the T-Mobile store in Allen park off Southfield freeway and Park Avenue. That store lied and just tried to get money. This location was great. I want to like and appreciate this T-Mobile location. But during my most recent visit, I needed help in reassembling a broken car charger piece. There were 3 people in there working and they were each busy with someone. No problem, I'll wait. I get a young lady who, as soon as I told her my issue, she said it was something their technicians would have to handle and not them, in the store. But it's only something that needs to be clicked into place. I was just having issues with lining it up properly and evenly. It's as easy as a quick home improvement project. I told her no offense, but I'll wait on the young man at the next register. I waited... and waited... and waited. Only for him to tinker with it almost as good as I did, then suggest I try it in the car. It did not work and I ended up having to purchase a brand new charger. Which is not a problem... but T-Mobile accessories are SO expensive. Luckily, I had a 30% off coupon stashed in my wallet. They used to have an interactive kiosk inside the stores so people could pay bills, etc at it, instead of needing to speak to a representative in the store. It would be nice if they announced from time to time that the kiosk was available. I realize that the wait time is due to each individual customer's needs, but it would be nice if they had a different system to help with the flow. read more

Not only did the woman who helped first ring up the wrong price on my credit card, but she failed to cancel it when she ran it for a second time for the correct amount. Now I have paid more than double! I only discovered this as I was about to board my flight back to Germany. First time to this T-Mobile. Was surprised to learn that they don't have restrooms for customers or as I was told by Alexis "no public restrooms ". If you are going to take an hour and a half to take care of your customers maybe that policy should be rethought....or maybe an exception should have been made for the 3 year old who needed to pee. They can't always make it across the parking to the restaurant next door as I was instructed to do. Way to go Alexis and T-Mobile you should be ashamed of yourself. Very upset .The first time I went into the place it was for dropped calls.I told the rep.that my phone drops calls when I walk from room to room.He then asked me how old my house was and what yr it was build.Im in Dearborn what does that have to do with it he replied its the walls.Every few months I go in with the same problem.Once with my husband who has a similar phone and we are on the same plan.In the last week or so my phone shuts off on its own and doesn't hardly charge.I get a lot of excuses.Tonight they couldn't do anything because the account is in my husbands name.After 27 years of marriage they need him to come into the store.Well he doesn't get home before they close.Just upset I've missed phone calls and it's been a mess. Over the past year or so, I have become very upset with t mobile for several reasons. When I last signed a contract on an electronic pad, the only hard paper the store could give me was my signature and terms about if I don't pay them. I had wanted a detailed receipt of what I had just signed for. Of course, when I received my first bill, I was charged for every text (had plan with unlimited texting) and my AAA insurance discount did not apply to all the areas of my bill that I was told it would at the store. Recently, I added a line to my plan on-line which stated that it would cost my zero dollars/month. I called t mobile to verify this also. When my sim card arrived, enclosed was a letter stating that I would be charged $5/month starting in two months. I called and argued the situation and was told that the zero dollars was a promotion.
