I was told the store didn't close until 9, we walked in at quarter to 8 and were immediately helped. I explained that my phone had been stolen and the old phone I was using to get by no longer functioned correctly because of its age and lack of memory. Isa, the lady helping me opens the phone and finds zero pictures on it, telling me all my photos had been erased. I was upset and flustered from losing my phone and all my pictures. She gives me the options that I have, I can pay $260 to do the next upgrade on my phone or I can leave. Upset I said that this was ridiculous (pretty sure my exact words were, "I think that's bullshit." Especially since I've been a loyal ATT customer for almost 20 years.)and her response was, "Well I didn't lose your phone, I've given you your options, pick one." My option was to leave before I got myself in trouble. We get to the door and they'd locked it. Apparently they close at 8, not sure if the attitude and crap service I got was because she was done for the day or is she doesn't know what customer service actually is.

I've always gone to the Verizon store in northville and it's always crowded and the customer service has always been sub par. Even if I had a simple "hey I switched from android to an apple but I'm not getting half my messages!" This particular location could take me the same day whereas the soonest availability for the northville store was 3 days away. So now that I've discovered this store. And Gabe's friendly customer service, I can't stop raving about this to my fellow Verizon wireless users. My only recommendation? Make an appointment.
