Went there Tuesday. We were there about 10 minutes early and there was already a line. Their opening time of 10 am came and went without opening. About 20 minutes after I would guess the manager drives up. She takes her time coming up and says she will open in a few minutes. 2 more employees show up, open the door and close it on us. At about 10:40, they finally open. You would figure all three employees would be out on the floor, rushing to help all that had waited. No, the manager was off hiding in the back room. My husband and daughter spent numerous hours trying to upgrade to his new phone since Sprint and T-MOBILE have merged, they've tried several times with different SIM cards and have spoken with Sprint and T-MOBILE technicians and not one person could figure it out, the last person they spoke with suggested to go into the T-MOBILE store where tech support are located, so we went in and were greeted and had to only wait for about 10 minutes and sweet Ally came and helped, she tried 2 different things and bam just like that, the phones were connected and merging and he was able to use his new phone! Ally is the bomb dot com techy. She knew exactly what the error could be and fixed it, we were probably in the store no more than 30 minutes! Looks like Sprint would have figured out that all their first time customers from 23 years ago should have been something they looked out before turning their Sprint towers down and not having all their customers merge with ease! It's been a long 30 days for him not getting all his calls, text messages and or losing his voice mails, not including the several hours that they spent on the phone and on hold with Sprint while they were trying to figure it out! What a joke. I had appt at 5 pm on 6/25th. Was switching over and the only reasonable I phone which will control a Cochlear Implant is a I Phone SE. The man who is taking care of us myself , wife and daughter who is there to make certain we are not taken advantage of. They wanted to use my Gmail as password to Apple account, and they wanted me to sign in on their tablet. It kept saying password not verifiable. Then an hour in some fat bitch comes in and all over this guy and he has to deal with her ass. 2.5 hours later he is struggling and finally phone works but not setup and we leave. . That phone a piece of crap could not sign into my email on phone and it is for kids. All the BS music crap and games. Hard to navigate. Could not download Cochlear App. I took it back this am and the bastard bitch there charged me a BS $40 fee for repackaging. I told her the phone came back because it does not work. Y Mobile all about the money. I thought about replacing my android with a new android but the one the screwed me over for $40 never asked me what I wanted to do. I told her I don't want phone and she really did not want to be bothered. Needed to come back and add a few things. This is not the place to go if you want to be treated nice. When I went into the place to bring the Iphone SE back my intention was to exchange for a more expensive Android that the Cochlear website listed as being able to stream conversation to my implant. The associate had such a great attitude that I did not want to be in the store 2 plus hours as the day I opened account because that associate had others constantly asking them questions and he also had to deal with other customers who came in upset. I had an appointment. I did not leave with a replacement phone. The associate wanted to set the I phone up. I told her it would not sign into my Gmail the day before or that day. I do not need the aggravation of a phone and she than spouted off there will be a $40 repackaging fee. I told her all I did with phone was try to get in my email and than try to download Cochlear app which the phone would not do. It said I had to first download I tunes and from there the Cochlear app....I tunes download required email id verification and it stated my email can not be verified..I do not give a rats ass what Apple can or can not verify. I than guess the associate was going to begin the process of cancelling a line...I told her as I put my Moto phone on the counter to put that phone with that number on account. She than says it will not work on T mobile.....I told her that;s funny I have been under my adult daughters T mobile for over a yea and the phone worked fine. Today I went to T mobile website to set up account. I put name , phone number, email in and it gets to where they send verification code first be email, I got the code and entered it, than a 2nd texted I get it and go to enter it and get can not complete because there is no primary account holder listed?
