After speaking to some of his workers, John came to my home to look at what I consider to be a big job, the entire front of my home. He came up with a great plan, drew up plans, all plants and the location of each. I finally received a date of installation. About 3-4+ weeks, the plants began to brown. I called John, informed him of this and told me to water more since it has been a very hot and dry summer. I then watered by hand even more, in addition to the 20 minutes in the am daily by another system installed; this was John's recommendation. Still not a great result. AGAIN, I tried to reach out to John WITHOUT A REPLY. Desperate to not have all plants turn brown and die, I went to English Garden with pictures. They gave me additional ideas to trim and water each plant an entire minute and some have worked out well.; some are doing better, but some are still not doing well AGAIN, I reached out to John! He told me he'd come by to look at the landscaping himself the following week. TWO WEEKS LATER and another call and text from me, he finally arrived. This was two days ago and no contact from him since he saw my landscaping and his plants. I reached out to him and haven't heard from him AGAIN. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! USE ANOTHER COMPANY!!!!

Summer is the best time to visit for a wide variety of plants, flowers, and herbs. Ken's closes in late June and reopens for the fall in mid-September.
