Poor service at this location. Starting with manager. I went there to get new phone and order was not setup right and claim with insurance was not done correctly. Tried to come back to cancel order and manage said I have to wait for sale lady to come back to work because my information is in her "email." This the manage and she has no access to what her sales person are doing. Not good. Excuses. Just got the round-a-round. I had to got to another store to get it done right. read more

Did you know T-Mobile has Internet? They do, and it's somehow worse than your local provider, which I frankly hadn't thought possible. If you don't have a T-Mobile number, please be aware that the easy setup that they assure you that you can do on your own isn't available to you. Instead, you'll try the chatbot. Eventually, they'll let you talk to a real person. Then, that person will tell you that there is no way to set up your Internet and take advantage of the offered promotions on streaming services if you don't have a T-Mobile phone unless you call customer service. That's when I asked to cancel the thing I'd purchased about 20 minutes before. They can't cancel via the chat. I have to call in. I hate that, and part of why I'd opted for their Internet was because I wouldn't have to call customer service. But I do. Because I don't want the equipment being shipped to me. I talk to a rep who is very nice and assures me that he has solved my problem, and I'll have an email in the next few minutes confirming. When I hadn't gotten an email after 20 minutes, I try to check myself, and their system still shows it as ordered and pending shipping. I return to the chat and ask them to verify it was canceled, explaining that I don't have the email. They check. It doesn't show as canceled on their end, but they assure me that it's okay if it gets shipped out because I can just refuse delivery from UPS, and a refund will hit my account 10-15 days after it is returned to their warehouse. That doesn't work for me because UPS is going to dump and run, possibly not even at my door, so this doesn't work for me. That means I have to take time out of my day to drive it to a UPS store, for something that I tried to cancel 15 minutes after I ordered it, that I was assured was canceled. I tell her this and warn her that I'll be contacting my bank. She insists there is no other resolution, so I ask to speak to a supervisor, thanking her for her help and explaining that this is not reflective of her customer service but rather that I think a supervisor will be better able to assist me (we all know supervisors have more authority and can do things their staff can't). She refuses. I ask again. She refuses again. I explain to her that I'm not going to pay for anything that gets shipped to me since I have very clearly and repeatedly explained that I don't want it, and she tells me that she's sorry for my frustration, but there's nothing they can do unless I call again. Am I going to call again after leaving reviews where people can read about my epic journey and think twice before getting stuck dealing with T-Mobile? Yes. I'm hoping somewhere in hour two of this, I'll be able to get someone to actually cancel my order. Am I expecting them to actually help me? Not really. I suspect that they make this difficult on purpose in order to prevent people from leaving. They don't have to worry about providing good service for customer retention if they make it functionally impossible for you to cancel. ETA: I decided to try calling back later, since she had told me it was likely canceled and would show up in the system later. After being forced to wait on hold for another 30 minutes, I spent 30 minutes talking to a customer service rep who mostly left me on hold and then transferred me to Sales. Where they informed me they can't do anything because in the three hours since you've ordered, much of which I've spent on the phone. I requested a supervisor, and after repeatedly stating that is what I needed, I was told I was being transferred. That's when my call got disconnected, and now I'm on another 30 minute hold, trying to reach someone to get them to do something for me that they have assured me they already did. read more

Came In to buy a iPhone 17 pro max because this was the closest place available. And when I tell you me spending over 1300 dollars for a phone I got the rudest customer service. The manager who name is Shannan told me I needed to pay cash which I never been told that before. Did not want to help me go through the app to purchase the phone. Kept trying to sell me a iPad but didn't want to make sure I purchase a brand new iPhone. Ask for help and just got non nonchalant attitude very arrogant. Since T Mobile has made changes in customer service I no longer feel loyal. A fee to call in now! A few to pay them with credit card now! I go online to change it and it says I can avoid the fee if I pay within 2 days. I try it and ooops, its too late. Gotcha! Yet it still says I have 2 days to pay. Call for help...no dont, that has a charge too. This is no fun. For years it was friendly help whenever you needed it but now its pay for help. Pay so you can pay them. There are plenty of bare bones, or barer bones with much lower prices. read more

Sprint Customer Service has sent me to this T-Mobile location twice. The first time we were told to go there to inquire about the 55+ Plan, and the staff told us we had to contact Customer Service. Today, after purchasing two iPhone 12s at the Apple Store at Lenox Mall and having them activated, we tried to make phone calls when we got home only to find they phones were not activated. Because we had no phone service, we could not receive the verification codes via text. We were told we had to go to this T-Mobile location with the original SIM cards to have them resolve the issue. When I arrived at the location at 5:30 p.m., I found a handwritten sign on the door that said the T-Mobile store would be open again tomorrow at 11:00 a.m. even though the posted hours showed they should be open until 7:00 p.m. I had no phone or data service to find another T-Mobile location, so I returned to the Apple Store, where the Apple representative contacted Sprint by phone and went round and round with them for 45 minutes before my phone was finally activated after three attempts. I do not recommend Sprint or T-Mobile. Since we've purchased our own phones, we're going to be looking for other phone service. Apparently, management does not know the hours its staff keeps or doesn't care. read more

Advertises 15 minutes set up. Took agent on phone 2 hours as he could not get the tower to communicate with any of my devices. . Finally it worked. It has gone down 6 times daily since. After hours on hold the next day. I brought it up yet again. Foolishly I believed the agent who said she would call back to check in 2 days. She did not . I called back today. Again agent had no idea what was wrong. He said I could take the tower to a local store and get another one. When I got to the store, they said their system was down and they could not help. I am getting rid of T-Mobile internet. read more

Great experience adding a new user and buying new phones at this store tonight. Both employees were very knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and funny. It took a long time to work through our order, half an hour past closing, but they were very kind about it and didn't seem put out at all. read more
