Let me start by saying, The 1st time in to the store was easy and informative. The upsell of product was on point. I got everything I needed and then some. I'm happy with the new phone. The fact I asked while in the store and asked about the charger and was told I'd need to purchase one seemed odd. 3 days later got a call stating "We forgot to give you the box for your phone and the charger, Come grab it" was inconvenient because I live in Tacoma. I said I would come by before end of the weekend. I arrived today, Sunday and this is where the customer experience went down hill. Alexandria was snotty, curt, and had a know it all demeanor. Very off putting. She explained in almost no helpful detail. They had thrown out the box because it wasn't picked up timely. From that point on when didn't speak to be yet spoke directly to my boyfriend. She was rude. Her reactions to my questions seemed irritating to her. I walked out of the store to let my boyfriend complete the transaction. I will not choose your store again. If a representative does not like her job and it's apparent, you have a problem. read more

I tend to like T Mobile prices and service. I tell my friends this, too. I went with a friend to get a new phone. He found what he wanted. It took a while for them to find out if it was available or not. It was! Yay! We went to pay and it turned out we couldn't buy the phone it outright?!? We had to pay for it monthly and pay the interest? That is f-ing ridiculous!! So now, we're on our way to buy his phone elsewhere! We were at the store more than an hour waiting for help and deciding which one was best! Gah!!! read more

I went into the store yesterday because my phone had been damaged, and I really needed help choosing a replacement. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The young woman with long dark hair and glasses who helped me was extremely dismissive. She kept talking to her coworkers while I was standing there waiting, and when she did answer my questions, her tone was very cold. I already felt stressed and overwhelmed, and this made the whole situation much harder. She told me that all the phones cost $1200, which wasn't true, and when I tried to clarify, she acted annoyed. She also told me I needed to go get cash for a deposit because my husband is the main person on the account, and the way she explained it made me feel uncomfortable and embarrassed. If I hadn't desperately needed a phone, I probably would have left. What really confirmed that it wasn't just me was seeing how she treated an elderly woman who came in after me. The customer had a simple concern, and the employee was just as rude and dismissive to her. The woman left looking embarrassed and confused. I've had great experiences with T-Mobile at other locations people who are patient, helpful, and take time to explain things. This was the complete opposite. Everyone else in the store seemed friendly, but this particular employee made the atmosphere very uncomfortable. It's one thing to be new or still learning, but it's another to treat customers so unkindly. read more

I purchased a T-Mobile hotspot online and was told by customer support that the device could be returned at a local store under the 14-day Customer Remorse Full Refund policy. I went to the Aberdeen store the next day. On 12/03/25 I walked into the Aberdeen store where a small, young, dark-haired girl met me at the counter. She became INCREDIBLY RUDE and acted irritated when she found that I had a return. She started by saying 'anything returned would have a $20-$70 restocking fee'. It only cost $99, but I thought 'oh well'... my loss. Then she told me it was NOT RETURNABLE at all because I bought it from online T-Mobile. I asked 'why' and referenced the stated '14-day Customer Remorse Full Refund Return" period. She literally glared at me and matter-of-factly stated, 'YOU BOUGHT IT- IT'S YOURS NOW'! I am not a confrontational person, so I gathered myself & left very upset in absolute disbelief!! Because T-Mobile's policy seemed so clear, I went to the Chehalis T-Mobile store the following day. The difference was night and day. An employee named Royce immediately helped me with the return, issued a full refund with no restocking fee, packaged the device, and printed a return label for me. Then he even took the time to help me understand what type of cellular router I actually needed (which T-Mobile doesn't sell). Excellent customer service! I won't be returning to the Aberdeen location, but I'm very impressed with the Chehalis team -- particularly Royce. I have been here a few times. They need to hire more staff; there's just one person working every time I've been here while someone's on break or they are alone. They move fast and work hard. They goofed when I picked up my modem the first time, so I had to go back for them to make an adjustment and give me my modem back. However, the manager offered a credit to my account for the inconvenience. I appreciated that, but when it didn't appear for 2 weeks, I had to call in to get it. read more

This tmobile store is awesome its so fn awesome all of the workers even the RBF one is awesome and they are so bootiiful and beautiiful they are amazing to talk to and work with they get the job done and even if i have to come back im happy to come back cause they make me feel appreciated read more

They are helpful as long as they are selling you something but if you go back because of a problem forget any type of service, they are rude, no professionalism in the building. Save yourself time and go to a corporate store to make your purchase. this is a privately owned store and obviously the owner does not care as the poor reviews have gone on for months after month. take your complaints to corporate. read more

These people are down right rude. I watched from the parking lot before I even entered the store, these employees pointing and laughing at employees from near by business through the side window!?! Absolutely bizarre if you ask me! At that point I didn't even want to go in but I had a few questions regarding my plan. I called yesterday to hold a pair of beats fit pro, they had two pair left and agreed to insure a pair was left over for me, I would also like to add they never asked my name or anything. Now today I go down to pick them up, there are 3 employees there and no other customers. My dad and I were both greeted and asked about the purpose of our visit to which I replied " i'm here to pick up a pair of beats pro fit which I called in yesterday" they acknowledge and a young woman goes to look in a case. She doesn't find them and goes to look in the display case and pulls out some beats studio, I tell her those are the wrong ones and she goes back to grab another pair but she came back with beats studio again. So once again I stated "I think those are the wrong ones I want the beats fit pro with the winged tips of which another coworker says " the ones with the wings" so finally I get the pair to the checkout and they are having computer problems with the financing. Now 2 coworkers are working on this tablet trying to sort the issue and the third is just reading a book. They say there is nothing they can do, they can hold it and we can come back later or another day, Which I agree is helpful but I shouldn't have to come out of my way to return with no guarantee the solution is fixed. They didn't offer to take my number or call though they did get my name for the sake of holding it. I felt as if It was a hassle just to get the pair of headphones to the counter let alone through the payment process, I had initially came in with the intention to get an apple watch and split my line off from my fathers but I don't want to be in a tmobile for 2 hours on my day off just for one of those things. I believe these employees tried their bare minimum, I love a good book as much as the next person but to sit and read while 2 co workers struggle to sort an issue seems both lazy and unprofessional read more

We tried in person, email, text, calls and every possible way to cancel our phones when we were unsatisfied with TMobile's service and billing. We paid for service we did not receive. We tried to resolve issues only to be given endless different responses, all fruitless. T Mobile is VERY GOOD AT BILLING FOR SERVICES YOU DO NOT RECEIVE. BEWARE!! They charge you and but do not deliver their promised results. After years of being a faithful T Mobile customer, I'm really shocked at their lack of concern for their customer. If they choose not to support and assist a long term customer, imagine their effort for a new customer! T Mobile is a huge provider of theoretical service...service that is all brag and little fact. Absolute incompetence, lack of corporate communication, and a serious lack of customer service. I canceled my internet service on 5/14/23 through the online customer service. They told me that they would send an email with an attachment to print a label to return the equipment. I explained that I don't have a printer and they suggested that I return the device to my local store. On 5/20/23 I arrived at the T-Mobile on Wishkah Ave in Aberdeen, Wa. There were 3 employees, one was more interested in knitting something, another was indifferent and the 3rd was having a problem logging into her device. Once logged on, I said that I was returning the internet equipment to which the girl helping me said "...this is outside of the 14-day return window and we can't accept it here..." in addition she stated that "...the service hasn't been canceled and won't be until your next billing cycle. " I told her that "...I called last week to cancel the device and your customer service people told me to return the equipment to my local store. ". The "knitting" employee stated that they can't accept returns here. Being frustrated with the situation, I lost my temper and said you've got to be f'ing kidding me. Your people told me to bring it in! At that point, understandably, I was asked to leave the store. What I don't understand is why can't a T-Mobile store accept T-Mobile returned equipment. read more
