I'm an old 'Boomer" and I can't get a hang on the new phones. I'm used to the old kitchen phone with the chord stretched to oblivion. The other day I had a problem recharing my phone, brought it in and Roger found the problem immediately. No fuss, no muss, great service. These employees are geniuses! They take the time to talk to you, help you. A no judgement zone , perfect for old bats like me who lack modern tech skills! T-Mobile on Columbia Rocks!!!!

Nope. He hung up on me after confidently insisting that no such feature has ever existed and that he was going to hang up if I kept "arguing with him" (by asking him to confirm it with a simple, quick web search), and that "anybody can put anything on the web". I would confidently insist, in turn, that insecurity and bluster are no replacement for an actual skill set and that uBreakiFix needs to raise the bar to actual competence when they hire people, or at least make sure they have the ability to do basic research instead of falling back on huffing, puffing, and impotently flailing. There is another computer 'technicians" store in town, but I was treated like I was a big Inconvenience to them and their day. I was so disgusted with them... I walked out their store! They are a Joke and found out later...they lied to me.
