These people very clearly don't know what they're doing and don't even give the same information as the T-mobile employees on the phone. The guy who helped us was cocky and rude as soon as we walked in and it was obvious he just wanted us out of there which worked because his service was worthless to us. read more

I love T-Mobile as long as I don't have to go to the Branson T-Mobile store in Branson. The manager their is rude and totally does care about customer service. They have a couple of friendly and capable young people working their, but the manager makes it unbearable to deal with them. read more

They have no idea how to multitask. The 2 guys were really rude. When you have customers that are transferring from old phones to new phones, you can slide them over for a few minutes to help others. People started to walk away. All I wanted was to pick up. The one guy was like no, you can't pick up in our store. We would use to give you the item less than 5 minutes of your ordering & obviously we can't do that. They couldn't even answer a simple question we had because they were too busy. Was told several times by both my salesman and manager that I could bring back wireless gateway within 14 days for refund. I did after 2 days and they said I had to go through corporate. Do not go to this store for tmoble service, order online if you use tmoble at all! I bought the whole package, phone, tablet and internet service. My service never worked properly because after countless hours with system support, it was revealed to me that the three closest cellular towers to me are not in service. One was cut off the fiber optic line after digging, another shut off for painting and the third was the furtherst offered a weak signal. No fault of my own, I could not get internet and returned my equipment within 14 day trial period recommended by system support management. I went into the store, after calling several times I couldn't get anyone to answer to know the best time to make the return, so when I got there I was treated rudely by the manager Fernando and his heavy set tattooed coworker. First I was told I'm put on a blacklist for one year with other scammers because that's policy. Then they said a 70 dollar restocking fee, bullcrap! Then they refused to take all the equipment back because it wouldn't scan in the system and left me to deal with customer service and shipping back. Customer service advisor told me to take the equipment back to the store and that they need to set up shipping with customer service, not the customer? The whole experience is beyond awful! To stand in front of 2 to 4 people behind the counter all playing on their phones instead of answering the phone is rude and unprofessional. Don't use tmoble! I'm glad to return my equipment because I was informed by customer service of hidden charges that I was not made aware of at the store. My bill was 189.00 When I was quoted 20 for the tablet 50 for internet and 15 for the phone, I'm retired on a fixed income and I needed to know the correct cost before I got my first bill!!!! read more

BEWARE! THIS LOCATION IS A FRANCHISE PRIVATELY OWENED NOT RUN BY T-MOBILE. This is important to know as I found out the hard way. If you have any issues that require problem solving, this is not the place to go. Their main goal (from what I can tell only goal) is to make the sale. After the sale they will kick you to the curb if you run into ANY issues. During my visit, the following occured: 1. A sales person told me to put down and not to pickup ANY demo units on the sales floor. Their reason was "cameras were watching me". 2. They refused to install a sim card that was included with a phone sent to her in the mail. They told her that she had to buy a new Sim card from that store before they would install it for her. 3. The manager Brent, ordered an employee to write up another employee right in front of me. I believe they were late from break. 4. Brent, the manager, actually hid in the back of the store while returning product. He made his subordinates take the return back even though he had made the initial sale. So, Brent gets the commission on the sale and the subordinate is forced to deal with returns. I'm just guessing, but I have a hunch that Brent didn't want to take the return because it would make his sales numbers look bad, so he had the subordinate take the hit. At the very least, BRENT SUCKS AT CUSTOMER SUPPORT! read more
