Her wonderful customer service turned a stressful experience into a positive one. All day, I felt like no Verizon employee took our concerns or time seriously--until we met Kake. She went above and beyond by sitting down with customer support on the phone for over an hour on our behalf, refusing to give up until our issue was resolved. She didn't have to go the extra mile, but she did everything in her power to make things right. I can't thank Kake enough for her kindness, they are lucky to have her at this location! This girl knows what she's doing and we will be returning to her in the future!

He assured me that at anytime that my ring was still there, I could stop in and check on it. He also offered a couple other services that were not necessary. He did not in any way pressure me to buy these services, just let me know what they were and what they cost. I have my wedding set that I bought from another store and I've taken it back and had it worked on, cleaned and re-dipped several times. I have NEVER had a jeweler call me or pull me aside to explain everything to me. I can't wait to get my ring back and see how it is. I will keep you all posted, but so far I can not say enough about how much I appreciate the consideration I've been given! Update!! I picked up my ring this morning and it looks fabulous! The man purporting to be the jeweler felt it more important to stare me down when I asked about pressure testing the Tag. I am around 6'2 and he is taller. He stepped too close. I told him I felt he was staring me down and too close. I asked him about his attire trying to diffuse. He refused service (which is totally within his prerogative) so I apologized. He seemed to take satisfaction on demeaning me. I got a service ticket, however returned to collect my watches. I offered to pay for any cancelation and he declined. Based on the reviews I have read, I think I should have gone to the Forney location.

On 02-12-2026 I took my package to BoxCar Shipping with a Prepaid Fedex Label containing very…read moreimportant and senstive information for a client. Staff at BoxCar received my box and I received a printed receipt. I left the building feeling confident that my package was in good hands and that my client would receive it in a couple of days. In approximately 1 week my client called and asked about the package that had not been received so I looked up the tracking number on the Fedex website. To my dismay I found that Fedex had no record of picking up my package at BoxCar. I called BoxCar and a young man informed me that occasionally boxes were picked up by the wrong carrier and that often it took as long as two weeks for those packages to be returned to BoxCar. Apparently there is no system or supervision at BoxCar to ensure that the correct carrier picks up the correct package. It is now two weeks and 1 day since my package has been lost by BoxCar. This contained documents which, in the wrong hands, could easily be used for the purpose of Identity Theft and as of this date I have no idea what type of repercussions my client will suffer as a result of carelessness on the part of BoxCar staff. It isi also interesting to note that the website shown on Yelp and also on my BoxCar receipt does not exist or is not accessible. I am now driving to Tyler from Mineola when I have important documents to mail. Fedex has an Office there and does not offer services to other carriers. It takes considerable time to do this but at lease now I can sleep nights.

Terrible business practices…read more I came in there with my desktop, where I told them the only problem is the PSU, and they insisted they charge $249 for diagnostics and everything included. I also mentioned I needed a quicker turn around then what they offered. He came back 5 minutes later after getting off the phone with his boss and said $100 per hour. Keep in mind, the PSU is a $100 dollar part max that doesn't take that long to install. Shady pricing with no upfront clarity until I pushed them harder. If you're going to wait for a longer period, just go to Best Buy or Microcenter.
