Was helped by the same budtender-she remembered me. I informed her of the snapped ID. She asked the person in charge about it and informed him I was just there and the ID was intact. The person in charge said can't do the sale and was quite rude and arrogant about it!! This is only a dispo, not some grandiose glitzy establishment!! I don't understand where these dispensary staff get the impression they are above and better then the customer!! Nirvana seems to be the one dispensary that has a superiority complex aimed toward the customer!!

The manager was extremely rude and when I dumped the POS disposable on the counter, she accused me of throwing it at her. As he learns more about the product and gets more comfortable talking to patrons, he'll be an even bigger asset for the brand. All Trulieve locations are clean and well-organized. I didn't check the bathrooms. Their ATM was working. I'm always excited about sales. I am a live in caregiver and got the BOGO Free Baked Bros. Sleepy gummies, a Khalifa Kush Mints preroll, KK rolling papers, Abundant Organics 1/2 oz and a Clipper lighter. The only disappointing purchase was the preroll. Next time, we will re-roll it as a regular stick because the blunt size burns too quick and burns the throat.
