It did not solve the problem the phone wouldn't charge. They told me my charging port was plugged. The salesperson brought out a paper clip and a lens wipe and put it in the charging port and just said oh it can't be fixed. She pushed me into buying a new IPhone 17, case, and liquid crystal display which cost me $57.50+ 174.98 plus $840 financing of the IPhone 17 . And which included a $35 transfer fee to put my data from my old phone to the new phone she pushed me to buy. The transfer took probably at least 3 hours and left all my email files and folders off of the new phone plus some very important contact information such as peoples addresses among other things. I was not happy and a friend convinced me to go to CPR Cell Phone Repair and the employee there was able to clean the charging port on my phone for $30. I went back to this Verizon wireless place. They did not want to return the new phone or all the accessories that their salesperson pushed on me. Finally they knew I was not leaving without my old phone that was fixed for $30 to be reactivated and reimbursement for the accessories. They condescending offered to reimburse me for the new case I purchased but not the liquid screen saver, even though the next person was going to have to pay for it and the Verizon Wireless store would have charged that person $79.99 charging twice for the same product. And on top of it all I vehemently told her that I had insurance on it and she told me I didn't. My insurance on the phone was from Apple but she didn't bother to check just dismissed me. I don't know about you but I am living on Social Security and this money means a lot to me just to fix what wasn't broke to get it fixed. To get my phone fixed for emails etc I had to go to an outside company which cost me an additional $200 to repair what Verizon damaged ! I would rate Verizon at a -50

Very transparent advertised prices and plans, and store's open from 10 to 8 almost everyday. Excellent service and cooperative Sales Manager Steve Fry knew the plans and phones very well, and later gave me a quick and prompt correction on a small billing error. Definitely the "go to" place if you want a choice of quality smartphones and along with super price plans. Nation wide coverage makes this a great place to shop. 5 Stars.

With that said, Freddie was awesome! He was training another employee while helping customers, and was obviously a little short-staffed. After their system came up, they helped me find the best phone for my needs, and did a great job of getting everything switched over to the new phone. During the whole experience, Freddie was always knowledgeable and efficient with setup and transfer, and he did a great job of getting me out the door with my new phone -- even while training his apprentice. I went back in and they made me pay for the replacement screen protector. They don't offer refunds so exchanged for a different case (even though I hated all of the other cases) and it's doing the exact same thing. So basically paid $60 to have to pay $10 a week to get my screen protector replaced because it gets so dusty. Also very hard to push buttons on the touch screen in upper left and right corners because of how it bubbles.

It took a couple months after shipment for the items to be inspected by the auction house and then listed for bids. When I saw the auction photos, a WWII Navy battle lantern with one crack across the corner of a thick glass lens had arrived with that same lens shattered. When the auction house was notified that this was not the condition the item was sent in, the auction house said that overall the shipment wasn't packed well and avoid this location. As a lessor valued item in the lot, an insurance claim so long after sending wasn't worth the effort, and the remaining items were intact. The service here has always been friendly and prompt, and I will continue to use this shop. Not when shipping antiques... I tried to respond to the owner by email, to give greater details in writing and provide photos, but apparently their email address is not routinely monitored, and no response after a week. Note that the UPS Pack and Ship Guarantee says if your item "is damaged or lost in transit, you'll be reimbursed*." Because of that sneaky asterisk though, I wouldn't count on it. Restrictions apply. Participating locations only. No mention of it.
