This was the plumber recommended through Home Depot, and I found their pricing to be substantially lower than other contractors in the area. They were very flexible when my delivery from Home Depot was delayed and unclear. They put my job on hold, and as soon as I confirmed the unit was arriving, they adjusted their schedule and got me in the same day. When the crew arrived, the lead technician and his apprentice got right to work. They were clean, precise, and clearly took pride in what they were doing. The finished installation looks excellent. I'm very happy with the result and would absolutely hire them again.

That morning, I received several calls starting around 8:00 AM asking if I could take an earlier appointment. I wasn't available, so I didn't answer. I assumed they'd still come during the scheduled window. When I hadn't heard anything by early afternoon, I ended up calling to check in, only to find out the appointment had been canceled without my knowledge. Later, two technicians were sent out anyway and arrived last minute, around 2:30 PM, staying until nearly 5:00 PM. This disrupted my workday and caused a lot of unnecessary stress. They completed the work ("installation of a customer-supplied drop in sink" & "cable line up to 4" thru access") but the final cost was $1,100, which felt excessive for the services provided. On top of that, they called my workplace without my permission, which crossed a line for me. The technicians themselves were courteous and efficient, but the lack of communication, the scheduling confusion, and the high price made this a frustrating experience. I hope the company takes this kind of feedback seriously to improve how they handle appointments and customer communication. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this company.

My gripe is that I was waiting for a phone call or notification that my new glasses were ready for pickup. Apparently they use an automated system to send a text message that I never received. If I had not called them 8 days later after ordering my new glasses, I wouldn't even have known they were ready for pickup. The rep I spoke to confirmed my phone number on file was correct. He said sometimes they have issues with the automated system but confirmed they wouldn't have made a call out for me to pick up my glasses. Not the best customer service in my opinion.

Recently had my phone smashed and I got there and someone helped me almost right away. He got me a new iPhone because I had an upgrade available and got $110 for sending in my smashed iPhone. The sales rep really listened to my concerns about money and how I couldn't afford to pay much more than I was paying for my iPhone 8. He really got me a great deal, paying only a few dollars more than I was and I got a great phone in the process. For the customers that wrote bad reviews, you obviously don't understand sales. This is their job. If you don't like it, then just buy your own stuff online and skip the store. If you don't understand how to say "No" to certain things, that's on you. I've been asked to upgrade this and that and do this and buy this screen and blah blah blah but if you know your budget, say no. This is their job.
