When I tried…read moreto return the phone I bought a week prior I had my receipt everything that came with a phone and the device was only taken out of the box for about 5 hours. They told me that since my carrier was connected to the T-Mobile brand all I would have to do is put my SIM card in and my data would transfer I would be able to use the phone. So I bought the phone outright for full price. When I put my SIM card in it didn't work. I went back to the store on Fremont Pike and they told me there was no way that the process I was instructed to do so I could get my service before or heard about. I just wanted to get a new phone, I asked the right questions multiple times when I bought it, I double checked I did everything I was supposed to do and got nothing but grief for it. The cherry on top was even after they knew everything that happened they still wanted to charge me a restocking fee. I was unable to get my refund because I did not have my wife's debit card on me and they couldn't just transfer the money back to the account even though I had every single thing necessary to make a return. The whole situation was horrible. I'm super disappointed!

The employee said " no, nothing like that here". I asked were the lamps were stocked. Without saying another word he pointed in a direction. I found the lamps and the one in question. It is absolutely perfect and does the exact what I needed it to do. I suggest some customer relations training for the staff at this store.

I even took pictures of that sale tag last week when we were there. So today, I go right to the printer to purchase it and the sale tag is removed and not only sale no longer in effect BUT now the original price is $25 higher at $124!!! WHAT??? So I go up to the guy (same one who talked with us last week) and asked him about it. He said what does it say now? I said $124. He said Corporate pulled it. I said even when I have pictures of it on sale with the expiration date??? (which I showed to him.) He said yeah they can do that. I said they even raised it another $25! He said sorry coporate ordered that. So I said well they lost a sale. I was flabbergasted!!! Got in the car on the way home, searched online for the same printer at the sale price of $69.99 and found it through Walmart for the same deal with free shipping to our house! I was flabbergasted again and as soon as I got home I ordered it before the sale price was removed! I was just shocked that Staples would do such a thing and that they wouldn't honor the sale price even when I had proof on my phone with the expiration date. The sales person I talked with gets 5 because he's the one last week who was so knowledgeable and answered all my quotations and pretty much sold us on this printer and today he was just doing his job. Not his fault the company doesn't stand by their printed sales. Very disappointed in Staples "Corporate " decisions on sale items. Staples has lost a customer.

This girl was SO sweet, SO kind, and SO helpful. We went through every single item on my order. She not only adjusted it to the sales price, but patiently helped me find the right items and fixed it after I absentmindedly ordered from the wrong store! It was a cluster - none of it her fault- and hands down the BEST service I have received in ages.

There is no seating available for your wait - dear patients - but there is priority parking for "medical card holders," so I suppose that's something. The manager left his back room to assist the customer after me, didn't acknowledge me in the slightest, and didn't address the fact that another employee actually said to me, "There are a hundred people that come in here and just one of you." It's a far cry from a compassionate medical dispensary and more of a clean-looking party store.

And I've only been here maaaaaaybe four times and that was because I needed an appointment to update my contacts and my ophthalmologist had retired. Overall, the staff is ok. They're knowledgeable but are not always the most welcoming. The appearance of the office is pleasant. They recently updated the decor so it's more modern looking. I'd give them a higher rating if the doctor was more personable. Every time I've seen him for contacts he is always in a bad mood and seems like it's an inconvenience to conduct an eye exam. When I went back and part of my follow up appointment he asked where I got the lenses I was wearing. I explained they were the trial pair he gave to me during the initial exam. He then explained he was irritated because he couldn't find the identifiers on the lenses... like it was my fault Like I said, if the dr had a better attitude and made an effort to be personable with the patients I would have given them a higher rating.
