At 1pm I was finally able to get in contact with tech support to be on the phone for 50 minutes only to be told that I would have to wait another hour and a half for a tech to show up. I made an appointment, that had a four hour window and they couldn't be bothered to show up on time or even communicate that they were running late. Completely unacceptable business practice. When on the phone with customer service they actually tried to get me to set up another appointment between 12-4. I guess the jokes on me because at the end of the day that's what I'm stuck doing anyway since they can't be bothered to properly book and show up for appointments. Would never recommend to another person.

When I was approached by a sales girl, I told her exactly what I wanted and the promo. I was informed the promo ended yesterday, even though I was able to pull it up online showing the promo. She said she could not do anything and told me to go home and order it online if I wanted the promo. A lot of good it does to have a store with zero customer service!

Only reason I wouldn't go here is that they are a 3rd party retailer and that often has strings attached in the cell phone world like lower promos or extra fees. Authorized retailers like this you have to really watch for fees and extra charges and they tend to give the carriers a bad rap. Otherwise yes they can definitely help you out.
