Hi! My mom and I went into the new location for this store and were immediately greeted with a…read moresmile and a "How can I help you?" The new store was very clean, put together and the employees were very helpful. I needed to get my phone upgraded as mine was very old and had questions about the new phone, the prices and just questions in general as one does when upgrading a phone. Judge was our helper in the store that day and we highly recommend asking for him when you stop into this store. He was not pushy and we could tell he was simply looking out for the best for us. He helped us upgrade our line to save money monthly, he was knowledgeable on every question we asked and even walked us through setting up auto-pay on a billing cycle that we wanted that we didn't know was an option. Amanda was very helpful in helping me choose a phone and set everything up w my new plan and transferring my data. I know that may sound obvious, but It was really important to me. I had voicemails from my mom before she had passed last year, and before I left the store, Amanda asked if I had everything on my new phone. When I realized I didn't have those messages, she spent extra time w me transferring over each voicemail individually. That's true customer support and consideration.

I told them I would return the next day to finish everything. I was told the phone would be "behind the counter" for whoever was working the next day. When I went in the next day, I was told the salesman had taken my phone home with him!!! They called him to bring it in. I waited for over an hour. When he walked in, he entered my passcode and stuck the phone in my face for my face ID! He still had not removed my security face ID, even though I had waited 2 hours the evening before and AFTER taking it home with him. He had access to all my personal info, contacts and pics!!!! When I complained about him taking it home and it still wasn't fixed, he thrust it into my hand and told me to take it and leave!! I won't be shopping there EVER again. When I called Verizon, a customer service representative told me I should have gone to a true Verizon store. This store is an authorized dealer. If you buy a phone from them, you cannot return it to any Verizon store. You must go back to them for refunds and such. Why does Verizon allow these people to represent them??!!
