The person that attended us, the manager Lu was so very patient and polite with us. She was attending SEVERAL people at once all with due diligence and quickness. All the employees were coming to her for help and she knew exactly how to solve every problem that came her way. Do not come here. They completely messed up my account and took ZERO responsibility. I had to spend two hours on the phone with billing for them to figure out the complete mess they made. All they wanted to do was add lines to my account for sales numbers. I paid double my bill for three months before they could resolve it and I get zero reimbursed. read more

I went in to upgrade to a 13. The sales rep came out with an Apple Watch without my request. At first I told them that I didn't want it unless I can get it without my bill going up. The manager told me that she can change my plan to save $30 on my bill if I purchased the watch along with the 13. After purchasing a month later I checked my bill and it actually went up about $80. read more

Was quoted a price on a phone and didn't get that-was then told by Justice who is beyond incompetent they would credit my account the difference- never happened- called he never returns calls etc- he said he was the manager but others say he is not? If you are considering T-Mobile for wireless internet service in the North Main area you should think again. I had the service for 4 months and thought it was the best decision I had made for an internet provider based on price and quality of service. I had super-fast download speeds for $50/month. On 10/30/22 it all came to an end with constant lost signal and poor connections. It was impossible to get any work done or watch TV w/o having to constantly reboot the device. This is when my saga began with their customer service......a total nightmare. Without a doubt the worst of any company I have ever encountered. Over the next 8 weeks I talked with a dozen different techs and was given a different story on every occasion. All of them promised to call me back to follow up on their suggestions for a remedy and not a single one called. I travel extensively and every time I was at home I would follow up with them. All assured me there was no problems with the towers in the area. They replaced my device twice with no improvement in service. I finally went to a local retail store and finally found an honest employee that admitted the service in the area had deteriorated because they had over-sold the service and overwhelmed the towers. This was my suspicion all along but no one ever admitted it. I have switched to Verizon wireless internet and it has been excellent with NO INTERRUPTIONS. read more

Save your time, go somewhere else... I had a bad store experience. I went in the night before looking to upgrade to a 7 plus. I was quoted prices, payed and left thinking I had ordered a 7 plus only to realize after getting home that it was the wrong phone. I went back in the next morning thinking it would be an easy fix. Oh no. The manager had to cancel the order and then would do nothing to reduce the price or help me out since his associate quoted and ordered the wrong phone. The expectation was that I would have to repay and add onto the bill almost $60 to get the next phone. When I asked what they could do to solve the inconvenience and frustration of being told the wrong info and now having to pay more and wait longer for the phone the manager said his hands were tied and there was nothing else he could do. I ordered the phone and immediately called the tip line. The associate Eric was very helpful and did all he could to solve my problem. But I asked him to send me an email of what we talked about and the deal we made (which was to give me a case and credit my account $30) and I still have not received that said email... Eric fixed the problem (hopefully) but I was very disappointed in my overall experience read more
