I finally up graded my phone. I have had the same phone for way to long. I looked up T Mobile and this was the closest one to my home. I arrived to a moderately busy facility. I was able to get seen right away the young ladies that assisted me were Makeda and Nykell. The only down side is I was not able to get the color phone I wanted. I didn't want an increase in my phone bill with the added 2 new phones. The manager Makeda made some suggestions that worked out in our favor. Our phone bill is not going up. Over all I believe that they know their stuff and I will recommend them and that location to everyone. read more

The store is extremely clean but the customer service sucks ! When i walk in , a young man greeted me , finally the manager called me over , this was on 12/30 /21 , at 1:45 pm , I gave her my id & my phone and explained I was bringing in a trade in . She finally takes takes the phone out the box , and start to tell me she can not take the phone , so i started to call customer service to resolve the issue . In the meantime , she asks where did I get the phone , and caught attitude , when I explained to her it was brought inside a store .. Now i been with T - Mobile for years , once you pull account , you can see a customer transaction history . On top of that , she goes on to tell me how T - Mobile merge with Sprint , then to ask what kind of phone ... this is so unprofessional, how you work there but don't know what kind of phone i am returning ! Then she starts on about how is a Jump trade it .. very sarcastic .... At this point , I am just disgusted & ready to go . As I am ready to walk to out the shop , she tells me well you done ... with attitude ... keep in mind she was a manager .. I had to ask her for a receipt ... The store has no way of keeping track of the order of customers coming in. The wait is very long as in it seems their system used for payment, account set-up, etc is more delayed at this store than other stores I have been to. I smashed my phone and had to get a new one the other day, I came to this T-Mobile location and was greeted immediately as I entered. I sat down with a worker named Aj, (who was super awesome and helpful throughout the entire process) he immediately took a look at my phone and my plan to see what could be done and started comparing prices to be able to get the the best deal. Ginger guy working 9/25 didn't even act like he cared to help us. told us he knew nothing about sprint (even through t-mobile and sprint combined) and that he wasn't able to assist. didn't even attempt to either. we went home and called customer service and they were able to fix our issue read more

*UPDATE* As we are leaving, and already in the parking lot, the manager comes after us asking if we're ready. I asked is he done and he said no not yet, but that we're next. Seriously? What was the point of you running after us if you weren't ready to help us yet. Horrible customer service. walked in and the woman who helped me load my visa card was a sweetheart. my friends behind me were next. and the guy who was supposed to help them, He had to clock out. So he got another guy to help, but he was on the phone. when was done he helped another customer, then He came over and said can I help you. so my friend said yeah you were supposed to help us. So he said he will be right with us. (I was done already). He said that 3-4 times then handed us off to a manager once more customers came in. when asked why wasn't he helping us, he said, "because he is the manager." like, what is that supposed to mean? He just wanted to help the customers after us who were setting up a new account/line so he gets his credit/points/quota. while that's all understandable, it is a first come first serve basis. meaning we should've been handled first. not recommending this location. will be finding another home store. read more

This location is conveniently located near my family and I and this review is not at all in reflection to Tmobile corporate as a whole, but merely for this particular location. My family and I have been frequenting this particular location for years due to the convenience of location, but the customer service typically is hit or miss. The staff seems to not care so much about the customers, but more so the sales they want to make. I have been with Tmobile for years and have been mostly pleased and nothing will ever be perfect. However, recently I have had in one whole week the worst experience in my life dealing with this particular store where they tried to take advantage of me in a fragile state of mind as a paying customer and I wanted to give them time to rectify the situation before making a review. There were ways the management attempted, but at the same time shockingly managed to further cause damage as well. What ultimately has me so disappointed in this location is the staff took action on my account without authorization, we have a family plan and I am the account holder. To make a long story short, Tmobile prides themselves in excellent service and not allowing unauthorized actions on an account, but that week this store has managed to give me the worst experience ever during 3-4 different visits completely disregarding my loyalty to not only that store, but as a 15+ years veteran of Tmobile and never having prior issues with me, I am shocked at how they could have treated me so poorly. I have reported them to corporate and this location is under a review and I have been compensated handsomely for the inconvenience of this location. read more

Did the reimbursement plan here two years ago and switched from AT&T. Didn't know that this wasn't an official store which turned out to be a big issue. The guy who helped us was supposed to give us a return label for our phone when we ordered the iPhone 6. He didn't. We had to send back our new phones after receiving them, send our own phones that we traded in with them, and GO WITHOUT CELL PHONES while waiting on the replacement 6's to arrive because of this employees' screw up. We were supposed to get a personal credit from the manager and never did, which is why now that I am looking at iPhone 7's I wanted to let the Yelp world know that after 2 years an offered credit was never received. Summary: Do NOT go to non-official "licensed" stores. Save yourself the grief and go to the authentic locations. Awful customer service that had to get resolved by corporate. read more

I went to this store to switch data and files from my current phone to a recently purchased T Mobile compatible phone. The store was fairly crowded, but I only waited a few minutes before Kelly@T-Mobile helped me. He assisted me with understanding how to maximize my storage, confirmed the phone was compatible, sold and even applied a liquid glass protector for my new phone, and then showed me how to do the factory reset on my now old phone. Kelly was professional and extremely helpful. I'll continue to go to this store for all my T-Mobile needs, but shout out to Kelly! read more

IVAN is the great customer service from this TMobile location, he is very attentive, talk nice and try to understand what is the problem...we just bought S7 Edge last sunday and the person who take care of us is another person (we know his name but better keep his name off) we supposed to get the promotion buy 1 get 1 free but he never mention about this because we didn't know either about the program until i saw the commercial from tv. I have been in this store several times in the past 2 1/2 years to pay my phone bill. There are new employees in and out which is fine, some not so new. The young lady that helped me has always been okay to deal with (semi-friendly). I took at as that's her personality I can handle that everyone is different, but this last time I was waiting to pay our bill, there use to be a sign in sheet. There was not one this visit. So we went to look at phones while waiting., after looking at some phones etc., they stood near the front door area waiting, there's limited seating and I went and stood kind of in the middle waiting for one of the 4 T-Mobile team members to help me. When one of the girls was done helping her customer she looked at me, passed me up and went to ask the people I was with if they needed help. I turned around and told her they're with me. She said "oh". Maybe she assumed they needed someone bilingual (was my first thought) and was passing me up for me to wait for an English speaking team member. Fine, okay right that was annoying, I'm still the customer that is standing waiting for help!! Keep it moving along. The part that pissed me off... I couldn't see the screen there was a glare to confirm my payment. She pulled it down, as I was saying thank you., I looked up she was rolling her eyes at her coworker! That pissed me off! I went in after work to get a SIM card switched to a new phone. All I needed was a new SIM card. I was told that I was not an authorized user and my mom would have to call 611 to add me as an authorized user. We called the number and talked to someone we could hardly understand for thirty minutes while they got all of the information. We were told I already was an authorized user. Personally, I get the feeling she would rather send me away than deal with me since I interrupted the conversation going on between the four employees in the store. We walked in wanting to add my husband to my existing plan. We knew exactly what we wanted. Did our research and I just got my phone 2-3 weeks ago so I already was familiar with what I got and it was working well for me. Well we walked in some one started helping us and handed us off to somebody else. As soon as we started she asked "do u want extra data?" We said no we want what's included in the $50 plan. She asked "do you want insurance?" We said no. She literally LAUGHED. Went away and came back and funny because as she was ringing us up the manager was behind her. And he was chiming in with her badgering us saying he is confused and doesn't understand why we don't want additional data. And he told my husband he might as well get a flip phone. They were so rude and made us feel like idiots!! I told them I got my phone 2-3 weeks ago and the speed is just fine for me and I primarily use my wifi at home and work anyways. They're like ooooh don't worry you'll see it will be super slow soon. And that ill get a text when it's slowing down. I'm like oh.. I already got the text. It's just fine. All in all.... They were super rude and very lacking in customer service. I could not believe a manager acted the way he did. I work in sales and when a customer does not want an option I recommend (very KINDLY recommend and explain) I just say ok and move on. But this was just ridiculous. Will not be back at this store.
