New iPhones for Christmas & needed to turn in the old ones. I had trouble moving data to the new one, so I had to get the associate to help me out. She didn't smile, but welcomed us in. We sat right down- we made an apt for 11 am. Granted we were the only ones in the store. She got right to work swapping data, but was not at all chatty. All good, as long as she was kind- and she was. I asked her to help get my Apple Music to work- she did! Yay! The store had a buy 2 get 1 sale, so I got a case, car charger & a 2-port charger for the house too. She got us all taken care of right on 1 hour, smiled & thanked us for coming in. The store was clean, organized, quite like a library when customers came & went, that quite chatting. Cool music in the background was nice as we hung out. I've been to this location in the past. The employees are always friendly and knowledgeable, but today Tron went above and beyond. He was funny and patient and exceedingly helpful. Upon having several issues at the AT&T location in the Forum, I went to the Lawrenceville location to seek help on my account and with a new phone purchase. On Saturday September 16th, TJ was the rep to help me out at the Lawrenceville Duluth highway location. He went above and beyond with all my needs. After all the 10 years of being an AT&T customer this was the best 5 star (or 10 if I could help it) experience. He was able to resolve all of my issues and had the best attitude even if it took 40 more minutes after closing time to help out. My husband and I were definitely impressed at how well he handled everything and how attentive and proactive he was to help. It's a pleasure to meet someone who genuinely cares about their customer and wants to do the best they can to help and not just because of a commission or paycheck. I have yet to come across someone at helpful as TJ in all my years with AT&T. I will be referring this location and TJ to everyone. If you are looking to be treated well and have your best interest in mind, I HIGHLY recommend this location and ask for TJ. read more

What has happened to ATT, I remember joining years ago and being very impressed with their customer service. Since the merge, things in my opinion have taken a huge drop. Unfortunately, I experienced loss in my family and the account is under the deceased person. I went into an ATT store and was advised I have to show a death certificate... REALLY??!! Although, that may be the case, back in November, ATT had no problem changing the plan when they wanted to move me out of my grandfathered plan. ATT has definitely changed and now feels like they are out of touch in how they handle things. I've been talking about leaving them altogether, I guess there may be no better time than now. DO BETTER! And on top of all this, I'm an AUTHORIZED USER on the account. Their website says, as an AUTHORIZED USER, I am able to make plan changes in STORE. This is yet another example how insensitive and unhelpful they've become. read more

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. Aadil Panjwani is the rudest, most incompetent, and unprofessional salesperson I have ever encountered in dealing with AT&T. I normally go to the store on Collins Hill Rd but they are temporarily closed due to the pandemic. I went into this store and purchased a new phone on 5/7/20 as it was an emergency and I needed a new phone. Instead of Aadil transferring my current phone number and prepaid plan to my new device, he activates me into a new prepaid plan with a new number not on my current plan just to charge me double for the same plan that I'm already enrolled in and set to auto-pay next week! Contacted customer service and not 1, but 2 reps agreed I should not have been charged for a new plan, only a transfer made to the new device. When confronted with the issue, Aadil was very rude and unprofessional, even speaking rudely to the AT&T customer service rep that was on the line with me trying to resolve the issue. Claimed there was nothing he could do to fix it because their store runs differently from other stores and he was not going to do anything else about the issue and suggests I deal with customer service, not him. Really?! What business doesn't do right and then talks rude and disrespectful to the PAYING customer expecting for corporate to handle it? I guess he was pissed he couldn't cross-sell me unnecessary phone accessories I repeatedly kept declining. He claimed to be the manager, but what kind of manager is he disrespecting the customer? I guess when he tired of hearing of the matter with me and the AT&T customer service rep, he proceeded to open the door and kick me and daughter out of the store. I gladly left! Aadil needs to learn what good customer service is and so does this store location. If they are going to tout the AT&T name, then they need to deliver the AT&T customer service that the public expects. I will NEVER return to this store again and their store manager as well as their district and general managers, and corporate will be hearing a formal complaint from me regarding their practices and Aadil's poor behavior and nasty, unprofessional attitude. They are cheating customers at this store and not providing good customer service. AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE OVERCHARGED AND CHEATED. read more
