My son and I came to this store to upgrade our phones. It was busy and we had to wait about 10 minutes. Annette was great with the whole process. I had MANY questions and she explained and RE explained to me the options pleasantly. She even showed me her personal bill so I could see how the different options would look. Today I wasted 2 hours of my time spent at 2 different T-Mobile locations only to be left unassisted. This store being the first of the 2. I patiently waited a hour here after being told I was third in line only to be constantly skipped over and over by 3+ more customers that entered the store AFTER me because they had made reservations online and was "priority" . While I understand these customers may have been priority it was completely disrespectful especially since the store employees did not make me aware of this policy. I only kept seeing customers that came after being serviced before me. No worries I remained patient because I've worked in retail for over 12+ years so I get it! However the last straw for me was when he told a lady she would be next in line after already being skipped over 4x atp because... you guessed it... she made an appointment online and was "priority". The thing is, this lady insisted that she never made any reservation online but was so excited because hey she was next. It really upset me because I felt as though the employee decided to give all of his Hispanic customers that entered the store "priority" over all of the other customers waiting. After I realized what was taking place I left the store without a word because I am not the one to cause a fuss and honestly there was no way I going to give them a sale after how I'd been treated. However being that this is my local T-Mobile store and I entered here today to purchase a phone for my husbands bday only to be skipped over 5 different times was very hurtful and disrespectful. I will not be back and honestly I'm really considering how much longer I will remain a customer with T-Mobile. To make make matters worse I took a 8 min drive to the next T-Mobile location in Duluth only to be met with continued crappy service there as well after waiting an hour. So I left both stores with no phones as I intended but instead 2 hours of my very precious time that I cannot get back. A great idea would be to have a sign and designated area for online reservations or "priority" customers as they call it. This way no one is discriminated against and all the customers are aware of who should be next in line. What's the point of signing in if your just going to keep skipping me? And FYI every customer who enters your store is PRIORITY. Especially the ones who took the time out to drive to receive help instead of clicking a few buttons behind a computer screen. Ever since T-Mobile has taken over sprint I've been met with the lousiest set of customer service I have ever experienced. I've been with sprint since 2011 and I have never in my life received this kind of service. I hate that this merge has taken place but it is what it is, but again I don't see myself remaining a customer for much longer, if I continue to receive the lousy service that I have been met with today. read more

Oh, t-mobile. So my brother needed a microsim card, so I called this location beforehand to make sure they had it in the store. I called, and the lady said it would be $15.90. When I make phone calls, i always ask them what their name is for future reference, just in case. She then told me her name was "Stephanie, but you dont need to look for me. You can go to anyone.." were her exact words with an attitude. Keep in mind that I sounded friendly the whole time. ANYWAY. Sunday afternoon: went into the store, and it looked pretty busy. We had to put our name on the sign in sheet along with some words about what we needed help with. The store was pretty packed, with about five associates available to help. After about 15-20 minutes, one sales associate immediately started to help a customer that had literally just walked in, and when I stood in front of her, she asked if I was on the list. Yes, of course i was. She looked a bit guilty, then told one of the other workers to help us. I was glad to have Jasna help us, because he was friendly and quick. I also recognized him from years and years ago when he worked at the t mobile in Mall of Georgia in buford. Anyway, he was helpful and made my experience at this location much better despite the fact that the other associates were rude. Ask for Jasna for good customer service! read more

I had to call customer service for a month. Those idiots could not figure out why my account was suspended even though they did confirm the money was in the account. This specific location lacks customer service and employees wanting to provide acceptable service to customers. We have yet to have been in this store when a manager is on duty. Always getting the run around and having to settle for less. When dealing with our account at this location (which isn't often), the responses we tend to get feel like 'bait and switch'. Our issues arise mainly from our plan to upgrading phones. It never seems to be a middle, when trying to come to some sort of agreement when getting a new phone, without having to pay a fortune. When we ask to speak with a manager, we always get the response of "You just missed the manager", or "Our manager is on vacation for 3 weeks", or the manager that had worked here, no longer works for the company". The staff working at this location appear to be very unprofessional and don't appear to have the experience for such job. In this tough economy, with people looking for work, you would think that TMobile, as a company, would search for a replacement, if a manager no longer works for a specific location. We tend to get better service at the store across from Sams Club, up near the Mall of Georgia. read more

I've been a TMobile customer for many years and this USED to be a good location. Always busy and a wait, but good, knowledgeable service once it was your turn. But lately I've had nothing but trouble with this location. They don't care and don't know what they are doing and screw up everything they touch. They will change your account to a different plan without your knowledge screwing up your entire account, ordered the wrong phone for us (also a 2GB instead of a 8GB like in another review, hmmmmnnn), let you sit without help while they all gossip and ignore you. We are about to add another phone to our plan for my son and have carefully scheduled it so I won't be without phone service at work (I need the phone for work) when they screw it all up and it gets cut off for a couple of days. That is how much confidence I have in them. Will be changing service once my contract runs out. Thank goodness they have good customer service reps on the phone, but sometimes you need to go the store unfortunately. read more
