I was visiting from NorCal and I was skeptical about coming to this location due to a prior experience about 3 years ago. This was the only T mobile store near me so I had no other option. I decided to take my chances since I was going to buy a family member a new phone. As I walked in the store I was glad the AC was running cause the SoCal heat is no joke. I was browsing the store for a minute and then I was greeted by a friendly employee named Oscar. I was completely lost on what type of phone to get my family member but Oscar was well informative and knew his stuff. He went in depth with the specs of each phone and also kept in mind of my budget. Overall my experience at this store was a 5 star. Customer service was off the chart! Oscar's customer services was immaculate. If you are hunting for a new phone/line you must request Oscar no matter what. He'll make sure to streamline your purchase without any hiccups. read more

ZERO STARS! **STORE MANAGER MIGUEL IS A LIAR, A CHEATER, and a SCAMMER!! DON'T GO TO THIS LOCATION! ** On Saturday, 8/1, my parents went in to upgrade their phone. They were helped my MIGUEL, the store manager. During this visit, they were very adamant about ONLY wanting the phone - no protection, no promotion - just the phone. When the purchase was complete (a purchase where my parents didn't have to sign anything... weird.) my mom asked for a receipt. On this receipt it said that a promotion was added and an additional line was open and a protection plan had been added to her account. When she questioned this he ASSURED her that he had not added anything to her line and that it was printed to show her what she "could be paying" if she decided to go w/the promotion and add ons. My mom came home, showed me the receipt and it didn't make sense, so I went back to the store with her and questioned him about it, again, he said that the items listed in her receipt are just there "for show". Hm ok. I could see I was getting nowhere with him, so we decided to call the TMobile customer service line. WHAT DO YOU KNOW? She had an additional line open and a protection plan added. The things Miguel said he didn't add had MAGICALLY appeared on her account. After TMobile cancelled those add ons I called the store and spoke with Miguel and STILL he said he didn't do it and that he didn't know how those things were open/added on the account. No accountability for his actions. We will never step foot in a location where they take advantage of their customers, especially their OLDER customer. TL; DR: STORE MANAGER IS A CROOK! If you've gone here, be sure to double check that MIGUEL hasn't secretly added anything on your account!!!!! read more

I honestly had a good experience my first time there, that was probably because they barely had to do their jobs and I was just there to just pick up a replacement phone... I kid you not it's like the Ladies there genuinely have no idea what they're doing. The store also closes early, opens later, and when you do happen to catch them standing around, they're absolutely no help at all. My warranty replacement was sent to this store. I went Saturday and they were closed before posted hours. I went Sunday and girls told me to come back when manager was here. Honestly worst T-Mobile ever. Not one to leave reviews tbh, but they wasted my time. Recently I lost my phone and got a replacement so I needed a replacement for my privacy screen protector as well. Mind you, I have insurance and always go to T-Mobile to replace my screen protectors. I usually would go to a different T-Mobile to get a new one and I never had an issue there, but they moved locations. So anyways I go to get another protector and the girl helping me out lets me know they can't find my number in their system to check for proof of purchase. Mind you, I had bought the screen protector at that exact store so it doesn't even make sense. Also this isn't the first time they tell me this. The first time was with my previous phone and I was trying to get the screen protector replaced and the guy told me the same thing. He said he would let it slide this time and gave it to me. At the time that happened I didn't think anything of it, but the fact that it happened again is weird to me. Anyways the girl told me it may be a glitch on their end, but mostly likely not and recommended me to go to corporate T-Mobile in Dtla. I ended up going the next day and they found my number no problem and proof of purchase. Idk what's going on over there, but that issue needs to be fixed. Their service got a lot better after building out more towers. Free netflix basic with account. Free international data and text messaging when I went to China. Most of all, billing that's easy to understand, not like Verizon that always overcharged and when I called they can't give me a straight answer Bc their reps don't understand it themselves with their "end / mid / beginning of bill cycle" system. read more

I've been too so many T-Mobile stores, but have never been to one like this one. First off I always find parking next to the store. It's a small parking lot and I'm not sure if it belongs to them. I park there and haven't had any problems. I love walking in especially on really hot days because their AC is amazing. It's so fresh in there you can just take a break. There is almost never any people. Most T-Mobiles I go to are always packed. Causing the employees to be rushed and not explain things well. The customer service here is 5 stars! The first time I came Evania helped me out. She was very nice and super friendly. She should be manager. We spoke for like an hour on my plan and I had so many questions. She didn't seem frustrated at all! She was laughing and helping me out like. She made me feel welcomed. I came back because of her. I met with another guy this time. He was also very friendly! Didn't catch his name but he helped me with all my questions. He also wrote everything on a sticky note for me. He had trouble with one issue I had but the manager helped him out. My issue was resolved quickly. I also got my free towel from T-Mobile Tuesdays here. This will be my go-to T-Mobile store from now on. AC, parking and amazing customer service. While I'm thankful our Latino community has a place to come to get assistance in español considering all branches aren't as bilingual. This is the second time their Sprint system "hasn't been working" and I'm really tired of hearing it. After speaking with the manager, he assured that they would get the system updated to be able to assist Sprint customers yet they have yet to do that apparently. The employee suggested that I go to a store that used to be a Sprint store and then gave me two suggestions that I could not find. It is ridiculously inconvenient for me to have to do research just to find out which store will help me out. So frustrated with this store and this company. read more

T-Mobile has gone down hill I have been with them for over 16 years you used to call customer care an they did care! "not any more" they just fallow what the computers tell them.. I called them on a watch and line that I have been paying them on for over a year with a dead watch and not able to use the line and they do not offer me anything All I asked for was a ne upgraded watch Samsung galaxy5 pro on a promotion that they have for half off they just tell me I have to pay for another line to get the promotion even though I have lost money on the other line for over a year on top of that the want me to pay an extra$35.00 connection fee for the extra watch line. I've been a loyal customer to T-Mobile they offer no loyalty to me after 16 + years and they tell me their is no one like managers to talk to to help. read more

Stopped by for the first time to this location I have to say by far the best customer service I have ever received in any T-Mobile!!!! Ive gone to many T-Mobile located in Korea town and not one experience has compared to this one. The employees (manager, a young lady, and a gentleman) this night where very friendly and welcoming (Hugo) was the one that helped me with all the concerns I had about my account and was able to resolve it. If anyone is in the area and needs to stop in to a T-Mobile store I highly recommend this one!!! I'm a T-Mobile customer and bought an at&t phone online and came in Sunday to transfer my line and all my data to the new phone. They where understaffed for a busy Sunday with only two people working. After a 20 minute wait, I was helped by a man whose name I cannot recall and he was attentive and told me I was all set up so I left happy but immediately following my visit my mobile data was never working even when the phone itself said mobile data was enabled. The T-Mobile employee failed to change the access point names on my phone from at&t to T mobile which prevented me from getting any data. I may have had a unique service request but I'm sure I'm not the first. I was able to resolve this by visiting a different T-Mobile store in orange county where I was helped by a better trained employee. More circumstantial training is needed on 3rd street! read more

Literally the worst experience I have ever had with T-Mobile. I came here because I lost my phone, and I needed a temporary one until the iPhone X comes out. They helped me get myself situated with a temporary phone and I was happy and on my way. About an hour later, as I am at home and working, the store associate is BLOWING my phone up literally 6 calls, and texts from his personal number. Not only is this invasive, but its extremely unprofessional. I explain to him that I am on the phone, and he says he made a mistake and needs me to come back to the store. UMMM? I have to stop what I am doing and come back into the store because YOU made a mistake? I am horrified by the point I am in the middle of important work. Anyways I make my way back down to the store, and this guy takes my phone and puts it in his pocket. Explains to me that he put the phone on the wrong account and I needed to call my ex boyfriend of 3 years which I am not on good terms with and get him to do something or another. Anyways this guy says he will credit my account, which he never did and I am forced to sit in the store for about 45 minutes while they figure out their own mistakes. I usually go to other locations, but whenever I go I get stressed a lot because of very rude workers. Today I for the first time left with a big smile on me. Instead of nasty tempered workers the workers on this location greeted me warmly and specially the beautiful young lady Evania(maybe i spelled it wrong) who helped me out was super nice and she explained everything for me nicely.
