This creep looked through my photos while he had my phone for a screen repair. I thought it was weird that he needed my code but it was supposed to be a quick job so I figured it was fine. Then when I came back to pick up my phone he jumped up from behind his computer. Also tracked this as weird. A couple days later, I see under "recently viewed" photos, there were several pictures some dating way back, (all similar in a certain quality) that had been viewed recently and that I had not viewed myself. I called him and told him that I saw what he was looking for on my phone and to refund my money immediately. He tried to deny it and kept telling me to listen and calm down. Eventually, after I unleashed the power of 1000 demons on him, he agreed to refund and did. Yes, we understand things take time when you order parts. That's not the issue Christian. I just needed my laptop sooner so that's why we requested the refund. The issue is, you told us on 4/16 when we came to you that you would process the refund. We never received one. My husband texted and called you about it, and you kept promising to send the refund. Then another couple of weeks went by. Still no refund. So l actually called you and politely asked for the refund and you said you weren't able to because you needed our card so I was going to go in the next day. Then you called my husband that same day to let him know that you actually processed our refund. But it has been weeks now and we still haven't received anything! We have reported you for fraud and our bank has issued a refund. If you do refund us, the bank collects will take back what they gave us. You obviously have no intention of sending us a refund. I got my iPhone repair screen replaced here, and not only was the phone struggling with touch response, the quality was so bad it cracked when I was pushing send on a text message. 5 days after paying $145 for the replacement it was broken, and the guy working here refused to help, essentially saying too bad, and that he could fix it but would be charging me again. DO NOT GO HERE TO GET YOUR SCREEN REPLACED. I've had to go back in twice because the screen replacement started malfunctioning to the point where my phone would lock itself out. The first time, the guy told me it was just a fluke and it wouldn't happen again. But funny enough after a few days of the second replacement, the same thing started to happen. They replaced it again, telling me it was my fault the screen wasn't working. I'm on my third replacement and the screen is still malfunctioning. I'm past the 30 day warranty from the first replacement so now I'm out of luck. Don't go here unless you want to pay an extra $100 just to buy yourself a new phone. If their screens really aren't durable enough to withstand normal wear and tear, they shouldn't be replacing screens. I would have been better off with keeping my cracked screen.
