Terrible location. Idiotic customer service. I called this location AHEAD of time to confirm that my phone had been delivered and I could pick up. They said yes, as long as I arrive by 7pm (they close at 8) to give an hour for the transfer of data from old phone to new phone. I'm aware that can take a while. I walk in at about 6:45, and a few people are there before me. After waiting about 15/20 minutes, I take a seat on one of the chairs. I have a back injury, and the standing was bothering me. I noticed that two people who came after me were being seen, so I kindly asked the worker if there's some sort of line or order we're going in. Her name is Bianca. She said "yes, there's a line" and I let her know okay, just making sure because I'd been waiting, and that the person she's seeing came after me, as well as the person at the other counter. She finishes with that customer and then ANOTHER person walks up and she starts helping him, completely skipping over me after i just respectfully made it clear I'd been waiting. So I get her attention again and inform her I've been waiting. She goes "are you in the line" and I tell her "YES, I've been sitting here and arrived before all these people." They literally know I'd been there, but they didn't take the order of people coming in. So basically you just can cut in front of people apparently and they'd have no clue. VERY different from what I've experienced in other Tmobiles. The one on Western/Santa Monica gets busy, but they will at least take your phone number and put you in a queue once you walk in to be serviced in the order you came. So Bianca apologizes to the other customer and calls me to go next instead. I don't see why she's apologizing to someone who was cutting me. Mind you, she never apologized to ME when I was the actual one waiting with others already cutting me in line. Anyway, I tell her it feels racial how people saw me and continued to cut, even after I respectfully checked in the first time. After I checked in the first time, it should've been on her radar to check in with me next, as I already made it known that I came before others who were at both counters. It DID feel racial and I felt that she was being condescending and rude and not understanding why it's ridiculous to skip over someone waiting. By the time she actually saw me, she tells me she can't help me because the manager who can open the packages with phones already left. So I had waited all that time for nothing, after calling AHEAD, and wasted my time and gas. I canceled the order and T mobile is shipping my phone to another T mobile that's a longer drive away, but at least I won't have to deal with idiots like Bianca who think that type of customer service is okay. I know some locations tend to certain ethnic groups primarily, but they could've been courteous and considerate to me. I won't be going back to this location for anything. This is the worst T-Mobile in LA, every time I go everyone looks like they don't wanna be there and barely help. Ive worked in customer service for 7 years and I always try to help my customer especially if there are telling me something isn't making sense. They just always have a stank face barely try to solve problems. I'm usually not this type of person but customer service means a lot to me and they suck and try to make you feel dumb. #yallsuck read more

Stopped by this location yesterday and Rony helped me out. I purchased an iPhone 14 Pro Max and he insisted I try the home internet device for free. I repeated said no but he wouldn't take my no for an answer. I finally said yes just to get my new phone and leave. He is fairly new so he kept having to ask for approval from his manager/supervisor. Unbeknownst to me, he added a BUSINESS account/line to my plan. Now I've been trying to call T-Mobile directly to 1) get rid of the home internet 2) get rid of the business account/line 3) get my plan to what it was before Rony changed it. I will never be returning to this store again! read more

I'm flustered at the moment and I can't get over how ill-mannered this retailers employee named Kat tended to our request, I've been with T-Mobile for over a decade and expect no special treatment whatsoever but I will not tolerate to be blatantly disrespected by an employee whom I did not challenge nor was I rude too, this whole incident left a bad taste in my mouth, it's appalling to see someone in the service industry carry on with such disregard to the customer, I would definitely drive a few extra miles to avoid this location based on this interaction, I'm just disgusted.... read more

"Kat" was extremely rude, I've been to many T-Mobile stores, generally you're greeted and serviced without any issues, this time was different we were called over and instantly felt a smug and unconcerned attitude from this person, we explained what the purpose of our visit was and in no way shape or form did she make an attempt to open up our account, it's disturbing that someone in the service industry be so negligent and ill-mannered towards the customers in such a lax environment. I really hope management has a chance to look into this as such a sub-par employee can't possibly keep operating without facing any scrutiny as to what her is causing this major malfunction in attitude read more

They also handled the COVID-19 protocol with ease as they served a packed store every one in masked, practicing social distancing and plenty hand sanitizer was available! Great job! Came is on a Tuesday for the T-Mobile Tuesday umbrella give away and although the store was empty the staff still managed to lag and keep me waiting there for 15 mins. NOT COOL! There was 3 staff members and two were on the computer while one was on the phone. I don't understand how they couldn't just check our phones to see that we've hit "redeem" and give us the damn umbrella. Worst customer service in my opinion. I was here 2 weeks ago to inquire about an upgrade. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by two T-Mobile representatives. I was helped within mins, both Aminta and Eric were very helpful. Aminta answered all my questions with no rush(forgot to mention it was literally 30mins before closing time). I walked out of there with an upgrade in less than 20mins. im so glad I decided to come to this T-Mobile store. Ferny, the helpful manager did everything he could to find me the cheapest rate plans with the best result. I left store with more than I expected to and at the same time payed less than I expected to pay originally. That sh*t blew my mind. But anyways, I'm just here to say thank you! read more

I love this store !! I went to get a new line a little confused on what kind of cell phone to get. The Entire Staff was Awesome and made me feel welcome. I was helped By a young Lady by the name of Anel she help me with all the questions and concerts she was super friendly and was able to answer all my questions. she took her time on explaining the difference of each phone. I actually went in for one line and walked out with two for my son. I will definitely will go back and I will advice anyone who is looking for a new line or any issues to come to this store. read more
