The salesperson ordered the phone (none in stock - the salesperson picked out the phone in every aspect) and my brother went to pick it up a week later. When we got the Verizon bill, I was being charged $26 a month for 3 years! When I called the Victra store I was told that the salesperson was let go because of doing similar things to other customers. I was told I needed to talk to Jermaine, the store manager. I talked to him and was told he would get back to me. Repeat that same call over 6 weeks with zero progress and zero proactive calls to me. Finally I wrote to the CEO and COO of Victra and told them I needed their help (and I copied Verizon senior leadership). It took another month for anyone from Victra to reach out to me. After another 6 weeks of back and forth with that person I was told I would get a check from Victra. It's now been another 6 weeks and I have received nothing - no calls, texts, emails or mailings. I have reached out to the person assigned to work with me for weeks now with no reply. Victra has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. They shift the blame on others and when I say I will talk to those people if it helps, nothing. Worst ever.
