I traded in my Iphone 11 for a Iphone 15 because it would not hold a charge more than 3 hrs. I purchased a screen protector, case, charger for my phone and a screen protector for my husband's phone. I was told that if I purchased 3 accessories, I would receive a $25 discount. I purchased 4 accessories. I repeatedly asked Ethan for the price on items and was told that it needed to be looked up, and left the conclusion of the transaction to my husband. Not till I got home did I realize my screen protector was $64.99 (used to pay $20), the USBC adaptor was $34.99 (which I discovered I did not need). I had to return the phone after 2 days because it would not hold a charge.
