I…read moreordered a video projector from the Best Buy website thinking they would be e reputable company. I couldn't have been more mistaken. The projector arrived damaged. A full hour after I contacted customer service, I was rudely told I had actually purchased the item from a third party and BB wasn't responsible that my only recourse was to deal with the vendor directly. They said they had no responsibility other than giving me the vendors email! I checked the charge and it went to Best Buy not some other vendor. So I reached out again. After another hour, I was speaking with a real human at BB, who told this issue constantly happened with 3rd party returns but they would help me through the process. However a few minutes later was abruptly told they couldn't help me any further and they terminated the call. Luckily I charged it on Amex so I imeadeatly opened contested charge case against BB. Well wouldn't you know, the very next day I get a message from BB with a link to print a return shipping label! Now I have done business with third party vendors on Amazon and some other major websites, they always honor the return and not try to weasel out of the responsibility. A customer shouldn't have to file a case against a company to get reasonable service. I will never do business with Best Buy ever again and I urge everyone not to do business with them either.

We were advised by a representative on the T Mobile call service to visit the actual store. Fast forward, we met the manager Jennifer C who was not only very pleasant and welcoming, but extremely professional, courtesy, understanding, attentive, and friendly. She handled our issue with ease, while explaining all of the details concerning the transactions taking place. She even explain in detail the breakdown of our account and call the call service in order to rectify the issues. While she was on hold, she conversed with us, which made us feel as though our time at the office was worth while and without stress. Jennifer C is an awesome example of a manager and leads by example. Thank you Jennifer. The other employees on duty, that day... were also extremely professional, polite and friendly. Although the air conditioner wasn't working for them, that day... which made it humid inside of the store, they all seemed to be smiling.
