This the worst store out there. I ordered a phone on line to be picked up at the store and I called…read moreto see when it would be ready a man said that they got the order and had to wait fir it to be processed and that he would keep an eye on it. Only about 15 to 20 minutes went by and I received an email and a phone from the store stated that I could pick it up at anytime. I proceeded to go yo the store before they closed and got there about 10 minutes before I tried to use the express puck up and it would not work. I went to my car to get my ID so I could go into the store and pick it up. As there was a lady leaving the store the door would not open and the assistant manger opened the door to let her out with the door still open i trued to explain that the express pick up was not working and if she could take a minute to help me get my phone out of there she stated that once her door is locked she can not open it but the door was open as she was speaking to me. I explained to her that my current phone would only work in safe mode and I have 3 24hr businesses to run and needed my new phone, she stated that she could not help me and shut the door in my face. I have numerous lines with Verizon and have been a loyal customer for over 15 years and was buying a new phone at cost as they stated that there was no promotion available fir the phone that I needed to run my business. I still went ahead and ordered the phone with a rep over the phine who was able to get the order put in with enough time as I needed to get it ASAP and could not wait for it to be shipped. This is the worst experience I have ever had with customer service and will never recommend going with Verizon or to shop at thus store. I hope that the owner of the store sees this with a reply so that they know what kind of people they have representing there business. I am a business owner and would never treat customers this way. If you are looking into getting Verizon service don't I will be looking for a different one myself. If they aloud a negative on a review there would not be a number bug enough that could justify this treatment. Also when you speak to customer service then are just as bad as the staff in the store is when they tell you to go to your local store and have them see if they can fix it and being told we were never have done repairs in this store so I dont know why they would tell you that but we could sell you phone and that was from the manager himself.

Exceptional customer service like Robin's is hard to find. She genuinely cared about helping me save money while improving my service, rather than just processing my equipment return. Whoever worked on 8/24 4pm-6pm shift at the print and marketing services: you're lazy and you work like you have no sense of purpose. Would never hire you or even come back for this service in your location. You need more training or go find a better job. And as you can see on the photo, staff not present and could've been laminating papers for customers.

Other locations act like your bothering them with your questions or if you want to buy something in their store. I happen to be in New Bern and decided to run by the Batteries Plus there and get the battery replaced. I also had another new watch that I needed to get a lifetime battery for as well so I had the tech in New Bern replace both batteries. After the weekend the water got into the one watch behind the Crystal so I took it into the Morehead city office. And Chris graciously took the watch apart kept it overnight, dried it out and then resealed the watch properly. She said that the watch was only hand tightened and barely attached. Also, the battery for the lifetime marking was not marked, even though they have it on the records, it still wasn't marked so if I had to have a battery replaced out of this area, they wouldn't have a record of it. So I suggested I bring the other watch in the newer watch and have her check it, and of course, the back was not tightened, and the battery also was not marked and she sealed the watch and mark the battery for me. Can't say enough about how great Chris has been to help me with this situation to avoid a moisture invasion into a brand new watch thank you, Cris.

After stoping I'm around 4:30ish the people working were fantastic! It was just dirty and they saved us over $100 being honest. Will definitely be back!
