The employee at the front door named Vin completely blew me off. Told me I had to delete the apps and start over he was not even willing to direct me to a person to help me do this. Than I went to the Newtown Square location and was greeted by Daryl who very patiently sat with me and basically cleaned up my phone and got everything working properly again, he even looked at my wife's phone and helped her with some of her issues. Back to Verizon Sproul I went where I was told along with 4 others that Verizon is experiencing an outage in Springfield it will be fixed shortly, The next day, Tuesday still nothing. Back I went only to be told by two gentlemen that there still isn't service in Springfield. The one gentleman noticed I probably wasn't even able to call 911. Fabulous. Wednesday I awoke to... no service again! I had heard about the Verizon in the Target shopping center on City Line Ave. It wasn't exactly around the corner but I was desperate. Daniella there was FABULOUS! She did tell me that there were NO OUTAGES in the Springfield area and there hadn't been which means I was lied to by the Springfield store. And I'm sure they work on commission which is unfortunate for them because I needed and received a new 16 pro max. The man helping us gave us an issue because of our "sudden" switch for phone plans. He also asked for a physical copy of our social security card and previous W2, which I did not think we had to show to get a new phone plan. He called someone on their phone and then she gave us an issue about it, so we just ended up walking out. I'm glad we did because we reached out to another larger Verizon store and they said we definitely should not be giving them our social security card and W2 form. Do not go here for anything!
