She refused to allow me to speak to anyone else. I literally waited for 30 minutes while she said nothing. Then the call ended. Verizon is the largest cellular system and you can't provide better customer service? This is why your customers are leaving in droves. I was paying over $100 for their services. I am paying $20/mo. with Consumer Cellular. For the same service. Verizon is such a scam. I was only trying to find out why Verizon continued billing me -- even after I'd been on the phone with both Consumer cellular & Verizon (3-way call) to get a "porting pin" from Verizon so I could switch my phone number to consumer cellular.
